I booked a flight last week, at a very expensive price. (They increased the price as i was checking out!) they sent me an email today saying my itinerary has changed the time of travel doesnt make any sense and they are impossible to contact. The email came from an unmonitored mail. Is this a joke?? I want a full refund ASAP!!!

I booked a ticket through this website and I am yet to receive an official ticket through the airline. scammers!!!!!!!! Abuse them on Linkedin! they are more than 190 people working there. Full-time as a scammer. what an organized loot!

I booked flight with travelgenio but my flight was not confirmed and payment was deducted. I request the travelgenio customer representatives to provide me full refund ASAP. My booking code 19909273

Am so disappointed I have just booked tickets now according to the price I saw before entering my card its not the one they charged me and after taking my money they have send fake tickets without airline booking references and with fake booking I'd.trust me God gonna purnish you taking my only small money I had just like that .omg plz us with this scam so called company travelgenio

Waiting for refund for almost 2 years. Finally got an e-mail last month saying they have got the refund from QA and asking bank details. Since then nothing! Multiple emails but no replies.
Such shameful behavior during difficult times.

Travelgenio failed to request a travel voucher from BA even though I was told they would. As COVID restrictions did not allow me to fly at the time. I had informed both Travelgenio and BA in sufficient time but due to staff laziness, incompetancy and frankly shocking attitude and lack of care I have now lost out £400.

Once you hand over your money to this fruad and sham of a company, any issues you have how ever small and reasonable you will never see your money or hear from them again.

Travelgenio customer service was incompetent, unresponsive and unprofessional. I am appalled how this company exists and how airlines continue to work with this company.

They increased the price of the ticket by £25 during online booking process, stating that the price had gone up. A few minutes later when I checked the lower price was still being offered. Scamming the customer who has decided to buy a ticket through them. Never again!

Booked a flight that was cancelled due to Covid by the airline, and was told I wasn't eligible for a refund, even though I didn't cancel it and was given no alternative flight options. Appalling customer service.

I booked a ticket yesterday in your company with reference 19836516, i thought that you would send me the e-ticket directly like what other travel agents do when i book with them.
Till now after 21 hours there is no ticket,
This thing never happened to me in my life every other websites they send ticket with in a hour.
Please send me my e-ticket as soon as possible. I also attach my booking confirmation on your email as well.

Re- I already send email on which you given to me email address they share link and I already fill that form, so can you please tell me why it takes too time please confirm as soon as possible because this thing happen first time in my life please send my e-ticket as soon as possible.

Hi, we booked tickets online. However, the tickets cannot be confirmed if we are checking via the airlines websites. The Travelgenio link also doesn't work either and say "access denied". It seems like a scam, and we are concerned about our booking as well as money. There is no phone number to call.

Please am still waiting for my air ticket it's more than 72 hours since you promised, of email me my e-ticket I just hope this is not a scam base of all comments.ID 19818062.

E-ticket i got from travelgenio is missing booking reference (it's just an empty space) and I can't login to their website (error after entering my email) and it's basically impossible to find any contact on them

I was scheduled for a trip to India on 3rd Jan and I bought my return ticket through Travel genio and I couldn’t travel and cancelled my entire trip as the operator Air India has cancelled my return flight from Kolkata India to UK. Inspite of repeated phone calls emails and online filling of their form I haven’t got refund ! It’s been 17 days that I am trying to contact them and didn’t get any response ! Horrible experience with this company and I would never suggest anyone to buy tickets from them.

We have checked your ticket details, as we can see your ticket was made by a third party (travel agency). For the refund of your tickets, kindly get in touch with the travel portal from whom the tickets were purchased. They will assist you further.

We regret to inform you that from the contact center we are unable to process your refund. Kindly contact your travel agent and inform them to contact the Air India refund team once they contact the concerned team a RA Number will be generated and then the refund will be processed.

Couldn’t flight out because one of us tested positive. The company were super quick to respond to the refund claim - it’s been less than 8 days since I cancelled and I already had the money back in my account. Had great responses from customer service too (Liv).

I just want to know when will i get my refund and why was my flight cancelled, i have test booked paid for parking at airport, and paid for 5ppl to travel. I have to fly out, i don't want an automated response, i just want my money back as fast as it was taken from me.

Please give me a refund on my ticket. I have requested it but received a respose that my reason for requesting a refund was not valid. That makes no sense whatsoever. On top of that, no contact information is mentioned on the website. Please get back to me.

I am very much upset.I booked my direct flight with 2 kids from Manchester to lahore for10 December. Today from somewhere I came to know that flight has been cancelled, I opened my email but no notification from travelgenio. When I opened my trip section on travelgenio ,came to know that my flight has been cancelled and they have scheduled my flight on 25 December with one lay over .I am unable to understand without informing me how agency can change my flight in case of cancellation of my present flight .I have to travel alone with kids ,thats y I booked direct flight on 10 December according to my leaves and kids leaves ,other date is not at all suitable for me .its so rude to change my dates without discussing with me .I am trying to call them from UK on their UK number for last 2 hours ( their call is chargable and my all balance finished) but could not contact them .I dont know how I can contact them urgently.I have made complaint on their website but its reply will be in next few days .I cant wait for few days ,as if my this ticket is cancelled and they will refund me fully I have to book another flight on urgent basis .I am about to cry as for this visit I have planned for last many months.Dont know how to solve this issue and come out from this mess.No contact available
