D. 10 november 2021, modtog jeg et svar på en tidligere anmeldelse omkring manglende bagage og manglende navn. Svaret var at jeg skulle skrive en mail til deres kundeservice og vil så blive kontaktet af en af travelgenios agenter. Dette er ikke sket selvom jeg har rykket for svar. Vi har også forsøgt at få vores penge retur men det er umuligt. Hvis vi ikke få styr på vores problem bliver vi nød til at købe nye billetter og de 11.000 kr er spildt. Denne gang modtager jeg sikkert også et svar med et link som jeg ikke kan bruge til noget. Så jeg vil advare imod at købe billetter hos travelgenio nogensinde, jeg er ihvertfald færdig med at handle med dem. Reservationskode 19310445 e-mail cavling4@ webspeed.dk

Terrible company and terrible customer service, they stole my money 3 times. My ticket got cancelled because of Coronavirus which was understandable, then I paid extra for a voucher, got cancelled again, then paid again for another voucher, got cancelled again. So paid 3 times, didnt receive any flight, and when I asked for my money back, 0 compensation. Just flat out stole my money 3 times. This company has no respect for their customers and is completely fine to steal peoples money, absolutely disgraceful, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL GET SCAMMED AND WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!

I responded to travelgenio with an email about my refund, guess what? Instead of paying me back or providing any form of compensation, they had the nerve and audacity to ASK ME FOR ANOTHER PAYMENT? Absolutely f****g crazy. Can you imagine? Please all beware and never use this company, they are the worst and will steal your money!!!!! Spread the word everyone and make sure people stay away from these SCAMMERS!

Do not use these con artists, they will try to charge you for services you don’t require, customer service is swearing at you and not to mention the racism abuse you will get from them, they don’t obey the law and because they are based in Spain you won’t be able to try bringing them to Ombudsman or any other agency competent to deal with them, just don’t use them and save yourself money and headaches .

I booked a flight via Travelgenio Booking reference: MVSNLI Date: 19/03/2020 from bkk to Manchester for the 26th March 2020. The flight was cancelled by the Airline on 23rd March 2020 Emirates Booking Reference:G42FTB Travel Agency Booking Reference:MVSNLI I have contacted Emirates, who inform me that Travelgenio requested a refund and received the refund on 31st March 2020. You have never refunded the cost to me, so you have had my money in your account for the past 20 months. WHY Have you never informed me of this action and WHY have you failed to provide the refund. I insist that the amount is refunded IMMEDIATELY

Hi I have paid for my ticket on 22nd October however, did not receive a confirmation email for the booking reference although the bank have confirmed you have withdrawn the amount. Please advice on next steps- thank you.

I connot change my booking details and add my passport no on the turkish airlines website. My flight is in couple days please help me figure it out.

I paid for my ticket and it's been 5 days that I've been waiting for my eticket which doesn't seem to come any time sooner. All travelgenio asks is to send an email with a booking reference and that they will look into it, which I had done number of times and still have got no response at all.
My booking reference is 19319163.

i got my flight booked on monday evening and got the confirmation email straight after, however i cant click on the bit to download tickets, it is greyed out.. i have messaged them with no reply and tried calling, i just need my tickets printed off but am getting no assistance with it

I left a review in Aug 25 and they said to contact them by email which I did. Of course they didn't send any reply. Please send me an email DIRECTLY cause you're not gonna answer my replies anyway. My flight got cancelled over 1 year ago. I deserve my money back. 1000$ is not some pocket money. Worst experience I've ever had with a company in my life

I never received my booking confirmation - even though I had been patient for more than 24 hours as indicated in their website - they don't reply to emails and their customer service via telephone requires the booking reference which I obviously do not have.
The money has been taken from my account so the company has been paid and has not provided a ticket.
I naively went to the check in counters hoping the booking can be retrieved using my name but they informed me that the ticket was probably never issued in the first place, and that it is common with certain operators. I missed the flight, I missed my money, and soon my classes.
Based on the other reviews I'm seeing here, I highly doubt it's an actual company and not a scam.

We have have been in contact with Travelgenio for nearly a year now and still no refund for a cancelled flight by Corsair last March 2020. They left us waiting for months to now tell us to contact the airline as the ticket was ‘changed’ which it was not, it was cancelled and we were never issued a new ticket and of course the airline sent us right back to travelgenio. We will never use travelgenio again, a company that takes no responsibility and also puts all the issues on the customers. So unacceptable, truly awful customer service.

Trying to call customer service for one day already run off my load.. email many times for rebooking but still didn't get any satisfactory response from them.. I received a message to contact them asap because the airline just somewhat trying my rebooking but hell!!! whole day no one answers me and emails sent me same messages many times, still trying to contact customer service hotline for my rebooking.. hopefully to hear something from them, because the amount i pay for this is not a joke!! Prove that you are not a scam!

customer service doesn't have airline updates on their system.
I suggested for them to check the Airline's website so they will see the flight changes.
but customer service said, well it's not on my end so i won't be able to do anything.
in my frustration i said SO YOU WANT ME TO CALL THE AIRLINE, ASK THEM TO UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE is that it? I the customer, it is my job to liaise with these 2 companies.

i called their number to apply some changed to my ticket. my wait time was over 180 minutes and a very rude man answered at the end and said he has access to no systems. and he need to request that and wait 24 hours for response and asked me to call again after 24 hours and see if there is a response. and when i asked i am supposed to be on line again waiting for over 180 minutes to get to you just to hear your update ? he said yes of course . what a rubbish company. what a scam.

Jeg skulle bestille 4 flybilletter til Firenze. Min betaling ville ikke gå igennem selvom alle oplysinger var korrekt indtastet og da det endelig lykkedes, var billetterne steget fra en samlet pris på 8.000 DKK til 13.000 DKK - uden forvarsel eller mulighed for at tage stilling til den nye pris. Den mail jeg har fået tilsendt med adgang til billetterne, virker ikke, så nu kan jeg så gå igang med at bruge en masse tid på det. Virkelig en ringe oplevelse der tangerer bondefangeri. Øv!

After booking my ticket I received e-tickets following day… quick process. Also, I received my refund within two day. Happy with service. 😊

This is my worst experience ever and I assure you I will never use your awful service again. Your company is not professional, nor does the business that is supposed to be doing. I spent 10 days trying to get my right back (my money) and you were doing nothing, not supporting, not helping, and not advising either. In fact, just doing the opposite and stealing my money. You were directing me to the airlines and the airlines were directing me back to you and I was lost in between. You even rejected to contact the airlines, and this was part of the MANAGING BOOKING that your company ought to do. You were paid to do this on behalf of me but this didn't happen, you just gave me a very hard time.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬You take all your money, and you did NOTHING and now you are refusing to give me back my money for the service I didn't use and the flight I didn't take.

Actually in the Beginning I thought That they will not give me my money back
But after five days I get all my money exactly on my account
They give me my money back and I am glad for that thank you
