Do not use their service and never book flights with them. First of all, they don't issue ticket immediately. Furthermore, if there is spell issue which is corrected by airline and still these guys are asking for additional payment just to reissue the ticket which ideally should be free as airline themselves have corrected data at their end.

Website through Google, the price is cheapest, then it charges about £250 for checked in luggage for long haul flights which is normally included by airliner. Waste of my time

ly.com(travelgo.com) is a scam don't book flight

I booked a business class but they gave me economy. I informed them within 1 minute and they said they will try to change it for me. Then as it was 1 day later they said it was too late to do it for free.

They told me I need to talk to the airline directly which I did and they said no I need to talk to the 3rd party.

So much more. Avoid these guys at all costs. I couldnt even use the original flight in their end because of their bug. AVOIDDDD

I bought the ticket and received the itinerary within one hour. I checked with the airline and confirmed the ticket. I found it to be a reliable website.

Basically the company has done everything possible to make it impossible for customers to contact them?!
I sent them a email to their Booking Centre and the email got returned as the email address no longer existed?!
The booking reference for the flight is not recognized by the airline so i just wanted the correct number so i could buy some luggage space before getting to airport?
Flight Scanner have not done themselves any favors' letting this company be on their web portal, i have never experienced this level of customer service with anyone?

Probably less than a hundred cheaper flights but not worth the trouble... Tried this app for the first time and not satisfied. Super disappointed. Not reliable enough in handling bookings and customer service isn't always accessible plus their number is always busy.. Will be the last time I'm using this site.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT BOOK FROM TRAVELGO. THANK ME LATER! I have never been afraid and unsure of my bookings only NOW. IT'S THE WORST.

Absolutely horrendous!

Do not use the service of Travel Go just to save a few dollars! It is not worth it!

They changed my bookings without my consent and refuse to help me reschedule or give me a refund.

The customer service is of NO USE.

I consider it a scam organization!

The fare looked too good to be true at first & I became concerned when the airline (Air NZ) booking reference given on the Itinerary sent via e-mail 1 hour after making booking & paying for flight did not match the airline required ref. [i.e. to manage (confirm?) the booking.] e-mailed, rang & SMS'ed given booking agency contacts (No Australian no. shown on booking reference) but only Chinese spoken. I called the airline directly and they were able to find & confirm the booking so my mistrust was misplaced!

Terrible experience I had with this bunch of scammers! They kept lying about contacting the airline for my changes but they actually didn't and of course refused to make changes for me!!

Worst travel agency I have ever encountered in my life !
I asked nicely on my travel information such as my hand carry baggage requirement and etc.. Since there is no official email sent to my account. This so call customer service with a very unpleasant tone asked me to check myself through the website of the airline.
He did mentioned that I bought at a discounted price, but looking at the price on the page itself it was x 2 expensive of the price I paid to Travel Go. The reason why we bought with 3rd party is to save money but this company such it our from you. They buy in a cheap price and sell it in an expensive price giving you the lowest benefit you can get with NO REFUND. To be more precise I bought it at $174 which is a premium flight ticket with check in baggage however I look through the ticket Travel Go get for me was a Economy Lite without checked in baggage. My bad for not making more research on this, for those of you that came across this Please do not consider Travel Go despite the price.

I booked a flight from Phoenix to Thailand my name was printed backwards on the ticket the airlines said it was a mistake of the booking agency, they said they would let me on the flight but flying internationally I would have problems and they said it was better if I called the booking agency because if I get on the flight, the airlines get paid and changes couldn't be made if I got on the first flight. So I had my Chinese friend (translate for me) call the booking company and they said I already missed the flight, no refund, you need to book a new flight by yourself. I asked Why is it a problem the airlines didn't get paid because I didn't get on the flight, Can't you just fix the name and get me on another flight? They said; No, its your problem you need to book a different flight. So they @#cked me out of a lot of money and I had to scramble to find a flight same day, at last minute prices stuck at the airport for 12 hours looking for a flight I could afford, obviously not booking through this agency only to find the cheapest flight, 2 days out with 2, 19 hour layovers and a 24 hour layover in Hawaii.

I would like to tell that travelgo.com is a total scam people often get confused between travelgo.com and travelgo.ie the travelgo.ie is a safe site whereas travelgo.com is scam this company is in china and it will take ur money and not book a ticket for your flight travelgo.com is a scam and protect yourselves from it i lost almost $944 but thanks to my bank who quickly replied

Absolutely the worst travel agency in the world.
They either don’t speak English (this should be a requirement if selling tickets in Australia and doing so via a website in English), or play dumb.
Keep away from them!

It's a variation (of money fraud) of a Chinese company which is named as 同程. I didn't notice until I received the receipt of my booking with a weird email with the name 同程. And when I looked for more information, I found this company has really bad reputation in Chinese speaking communities. I was really regret to buy my tickets through this TravelGo.com as they changed my flight to another one with short notice. I was notified that my flight number was even changed and they just blamed that to Covid-19. I double checked with the airlines and found that TravelGo.com changed my flight for no reasons indeed. I contacted the customer service but just got the inconsistent response. They gave me a notice of confirmation of refund but then stated they needed to wait for the airlines to do a thing so-called as refund audit which takes up to 90 working days. I checked with airlines again and there is no such thing. Apparently TravelGo.com is a money fraud. They then emailed me that the refund "may be" processed within 3-5 days and asked me to check with my bank if no refund could be found. That's the most irresponsible travel agent I have seen. Strongly not recommend to work with them or book anything from them.

I had to cancel my flight because of covid and they sent me an email that i can change the date within a year of the original date.
I contacted them now I they said I am not allowed to use this ticket.

they will never refund you even you are eligible for a full refund. you will lose your money if you book with travelgo, completely irresponsible travel agent.
