My husband and I recently had engaged Travel Sense Asia for our 5 days 4 nights stay (16/10/25 to 20/10/25) at Danang and Hoi An. We had a good experience with the travel agency as the staff, travel consultant (Ms Catherine) and tour guide (Mr Pham Ha Tuyen) together with the driver were all very experienced, polite, helpful and caring.

Experience in Ha Giang area
I was with Ha Giang area with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The trip was indirectly affected by typhoon, which led to landslides, road closures and flood in certain parts in the itinerary. Despite the disruption, it was a pleasant trip. Lucy is the BEST travel agent I ever had in my life and I have travelled to many places.
The minute I made my payment for our Sapa and Halong Bay trip she created a whatsapp group for me and my group where she stayed in touch constantly and answered every question patiently. When our AirAsia flight was delayed and we missed our connecting bus ride to Sapa, she arranged an alternative bus for us and had the bus driver look for usat the airport. We were a group of ladies travelling and we felt very safe having her in touch with us throughout the trip until we arrived safely home in Malaysia. If there were 100 stars to give her I would give her that.. especially I am not an easy customer to begin with expecting nothing less than the best of everythingð€
