Booked a hostel for my London stay and am happy to report that i didnt have any issues with them. they ensured i had all the information i needed about the hostel i booked, I would gladdly recommend to my friends.

Travelstay is a great site to look for accommodation! I found affordable and interesting locations that I haven't found on Booking. and on TripAdvisor! I 'm sure I'll book many wonderful trips with Travelstay!

I have used many travel sites and companies and I have to say this is one of the ones I have used, The Website is quick and ease to use and when I needed to update my booking the online team were quick to edit my booking. What inpressed me is that I didn't need to pre register onto the site, just click in, use it, book the guest house, so simple. Recently I was booking a family holiday and the site again, simple to use. I enquired with the customer support on a query with a hotel. They emailed me back concerning the details that I wanted and sent me a really useful link on theire website that gave other options of hotels and guest houses near by. I wish all sites were as good as this one. The only slight quible I have is that they should give the option of phoning them on a normal STD telephone number as the one listed could generate a large mobile phone bill. But I haven't needed to use it yet. Overall a great booking experience :-)

I am so happy with the service and the care I experienced with TravelStay. They are wonderful and I will do my booking now and in the future with this Company TravelStay,com that I trust.

I would recommend Travel Stay to anyone! They went above and beyond to amend a booking I had made. I was over the moon when Travel Stay negotiated with the hotel to organise a refund of my original booking and then sought to find me alternative accommodation.

I cannot express my appreciation enough for Max helping me out. I will be booking again in future!!! A big THANK YOU!

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Max of Travelstay who turned around a problem booking at Romanos Hotel, Victoria. I had originally been pleased to book the hotel at an he incredible bargain price, but was the disappointed to be advised by Travelstay that the hotel could now not honour the stated price due to 'technical difficulties' when uploading the prices.

I had already booked a London show, transport down to London, and other entertainment to celebrate my 50th birthday, so Max looked into other alternatives for me. He initially found me alternative accommodation at a discount but I was over the moon when he telephoned me back shortly afterwards to grant me the entire stay at the new hotel in Islington FREE OF CHARGE as a courtesy gesture, for the inconvenience!

I cannot express my gratitude enough to Max for helping me out - now I will be able to celebrate my birthday in style and will certainly be raising a glass (or two!) to Max and Travelstay and booking again in future!!!

Efficient and very easy to use

I'm surprised to see how TravelStay.com had ease all the troubles for me to book a room after the concert at Wembley, everything I wanted to know before booking a room is laid out clearly for me and things couldn't get any easier than what this site has to provide. It's no wonder why it is the first result that shows up in Google. and to make things even more interesting, I was so pleased to see that TravelStay.com was even giving out exclusive discounts for the desired choice. A useful website to book cheap hotels, especially suitable for those students who want to save money,as there is a student discount. No hidden fares, very transparent. The only shortcoming is that you can't see the contact information until you pay the fees.
