Sorry not sorry.
Sorry not sorry.
1 we were not able to get into our appartment at the promised time.
2 the internet promised was not working.
3 the parking stated in the add, was an offer to book a garage a thirty minute walk away from the apartment.
Travelstation dismissed every complaint, with bad excuses. âWe did not inform, them about our arrival time, and make that an excuse for not being ready on time. They clearly stated a timeslot in our info mail. The internet suddenly was said to be not operational, despite the information in the mail. The parking was not included despite the app indicating it.
The do not take responsibility for what they promise.

Dear Morten,
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations.
Please allow us to kindly clarify that the information concerning the Wi-Fi and parking options was accurately presented in the propertyâs listing description. We understand, however, that this may have caused some misunderstanding, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this might have created.
As a gesture of goodwill, our local team was pleased to offer a complimentary late check-out, and we hope this provided some additional comfort during your stay.
We genuinely appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving both our communication and the guest experience. Should you wish to discuss your stay further, we remain at your full disposal.

Home away from home
I had a great experience at Hono Kai resorts on Maui. It was a cute little vacation rental just small enough for me with a kitchen, living room, bath and bed. It was cozy, clean, quiet, and the ocean sounds made it great for sleep. Air conditioning allowed for cool air on very hot days. The resort is very close to the Maui Oceanarium, shops, gas if you drive, bus transit, coffee cafes, activities and entry into the highway is super close if you drive. I loved staying here.

Lovely Villa in a great location
We had a lovely week long stay at a Villa Clio. The villa had a pool and BBQ which we made good use of and there were also many local restaurants within 20-30 mins walking distance for great food. The location was close to many amenities and the cove was great for snorkelling and the nearby Garakas Beach had a great beach and crystal clear water. Nicole was really responsive when we messaged her with a couple of questions and recommended a great local restaurant and a supermarket to get BBQ coals from.

Comfortable and so much more !
This is a lovely property.
The gardens are lush, the pool is perfect, there's inviting outdoor spaces to relax and dine, and the bonus of secure off street parking.
If you like to cook the kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are generously sized and the beds are comfortable.
We were two couples so great to find a place where each couple could have a private bathroom and a king sized bed.
It is a quick drive or bike ride to a number of towns and grocery stores. There's restaurants about a 15 minute walk away.
Our host was timely and responsive to emails and questions.

Dear Grigorios,
Thank you very much for your honest feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you faced during your recent experience with us.
We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to face a last-minute cancellation from your host, especially on such short notice. While this situation was unfortunately beyond our control, we regret the disruption it caused and the limited options it left us with to arrange a suitable alternative. We truly hope that the compensation offered helped, even in a small way, to ease the inconvenience.
It would be our genuine honor to welcome you again in the future and ensure you enjoy a smooth and worry-free stay with us. Once again, please accept our heartfelt apologies and our appreciation for your understanding.
We remain at your full disposal for any further assistance.
