Cracked my phone screen. The insurance paid out and I was able to get my phone repaired at Samsung. This meant I got a new battery as well as keep my warranty.

The only negative stopping me giving 5 stars is I had to pay Samsung £229 & the insurance excess of £100. So I was £329 down! The insurance did pay £229 back into my account within a couple of days. It would just make more sense for them to take the excess of what they pay you, rather than having such a big initial outlay.

Fast repair service, fantastic communication!!

The customer service was absolutely excellent in the initial part of the process. The claim was picked up quickly and I was sent a new phone within 3 working days to then discover that the phone wasn’t unlocked and therefore wouldn’t work my network... As part of the claim I had to confirm which network I was with so they had this information. Disappointing.

Fantastic service! From initial claim for a broken Samsung screen to the money being back in bank after proof of receipt was 4 days. The whole process was quick and seamless.

Fantastic service. After dropping my phone, my claim was submitted, approved and a replacement device was at my door within 20 hours. I’m confident the device is brand new, and the communication throughout was excellent. The best insurance experience I have ever had.

The journey from enquiry to receipt of a replacement Iphone was amazingly quick and efficient. I was kept fully informed throughout the claims process and was very impressed with the standard of the replacement phone which although refurbished is Grade AAA. Cannot recommend this insurance policy highly enough!

Took out a claim on 05/07/2019, through Perkbox, and the process of signing up was quick, easy and detailed
However, on 18/07/2019, my device was stolen whilst I was abroad
Thankfully, TRS came through for me, and the process of raising a claim for a stolen device was just as quick and easy as the sign up process.
The claim resulted in TRS offering one of two options - a refurbished Grade 'A' device of their offering (they have various high quality phones to choose from), or a reimbursement of equal value to my stolen device, which I could put towards purchasing a new phone.
I chose a reimbursement, and the payment was made in less than 24 hours
Would happily recommend signing up to TRS to anyone, incredibly satisfied with the service they have delivered

Very quick to respond and were very reasonable at a time when Samsung couldn't have acted as a more inept company. highly recommended.

Great service, really good customer service

Easier than I anticipated making a claim, was even upgraded to a better better model ...because they never had my model in stock but was chuffed all the same 🤗 ...had it within 2 days of making the claim.

Excellent experience with the team, prompt service with no time wasting. Definitively recommend.
