I recieved the wrong device but this was amended however the chosen carrier claimed "trying" to deliver when there was with 100% certainty someone was home. so this was rescheduled to Saturday but now... もっず芋る

Millions times better than all other insurance. I lost my handset and I was worried but I can't believe how fast and efficient they are . It's just amazing . LIVINIA claim agent was great helpful... もっず芋る

Very quick and simple process

Very quick and simple process

The claims process was handled online, messages we're replied to within hours, and my new phone with me in a week.

Do not let your insurer appoint TRS!

TRS suggested a replacement that was not a like for like and cost way less than the original. Their engineers also suggested replacing a component in the new one from the original to bring it up to spec, which would void the warranty.

The game of ping pong between them and my insurer was just ridiculous and they failed to provide the insurer with new information discussed with me. Very poor communication skills and unprofessional engineers.
