Great company and very helpful on the phone . Yes you can speak to a human. And I have got to say as a avid bike rider I have tried a million other chain lubes usually leaving a big mess and a lot of effort cleaning. Tru-tension all weather lube is supreme like a chain wax but less hassel so I highly recommend 👌 it's brilliant.

The bicycle package arrived quickly and the grime catcher thing is easy to construct and fit and really helps with the cleaning process. I'm not generally fussed about mess on the floor due to where I clean and given the fact I use biodegradable products but this really takes the pressure off when cleaning near braking surfaces. I can't comment fully on the cleaning products themselves given I used them in a chain and cassette but so far so good.

Great products, don’t smell horrible and bio-degradable so easily disposable.

Grime guard works great for cleaning a bike in a flat where there isn’t much space.

Bike soap/cleaner works nicely, wish there was a non-plastic bottle so it’s more environmentally friendly in production/disposal like other bike cleaning brands.

I use a number of true tension products from tools to maintenance products for my motorcycles all have been great.

Smart packaging. Decent product, my kids liked the scent said it smells like banana sweets.

Have received my order in good time so issues with deliveries in my experience are none existent.
Everything was neatly packed with sufficient recycling/recyclable materials which is something I really like to see!
Not looking forward to my first puncture I must admit but I’m confident this equipment will perform superbly.
Time to clean up and lube that chain….

All Tru-Tension products work very well, I use both cycle and motorcycle products.
The early grime guard I have has distorted in shape over time, thats my only reason for the 4 star rating.

I bought two products: Motorcycle grime guard and a link monkey. I’ve used the grime guard and I’m impressed. It definitely makes the job easier. The fact it can also be used to prevent overspray with brake cleaner helped. Haven’t used the link monkey yet but the quality seems good. I’d use their products again

Tyre Monkey - Wow, made changing bike tyre so easy! Video on website demonstrates how to use the tool perfectly, had new inner tube fitted and tyre back on really quickly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brilliant service - less than 48 hours between ordering and having the products here to clean my bike! The products are great too - I was too excited (lol) and cleaned my bike straight away, and everything was really effective and easy to use. Yet to use the tyre monkey but my mate swears by it so I had to give it a go! Thanks Tru-tension, I’ll be ordering again!

Quick delivery and I only really wanted a degreaser for my chain but the guard is a game changer push I'm loving the brush it really gets the gel cleaner nice and foaming making cleaning the bike less of a task
