Love the products

Love the products, very fast secure delivery. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that there was a small product leak which made the box soggy but it smelled great when opening up !!

The bike cleaning gel was good

The bike cleaning gel was good, i got 2 uses of the chain lube before it solidified in the bottle, never seen any other brand do this

Hi John,

Thanks for your message. Can we ask where do you store your lube? As we recommend keeping the lube at room temperature in a dry environment. If you're keeping your lubes outside in garages, workshops or sheds the lube may solidify due to the top-end formula used to ensure it sticks to your chain.

All you need to do is give the lube a shake and it'll be good as new again. I've inputted a link from our Instagram page that shows this in detail.

I recently ordered the tyre bundle but


I recently ordered the tyre bundle but didn’t receive the tyre monkey within the bundle. Very disappointed as that was the whole reason for my purchase

Very late arrival, I had to chase for my order, and it's cracked

After placing my order and hearing nothing, I contacted them via their Contact Us on the website, still nothing, so emailed them. 2 days later ( day 8 ) after placing my order, all I got was an email saying your order is on it's way, like an automated one. This was a gift, which arrived 13 days after placing, with no explanation or apology. Also the product had a crack in it, so it's going back and requesting a full refund. I'm a sponsored MTB content creator and have a lot of followers and will be putting this negative feedback on my channel.

I can see that you first messaged us on the 21st September and the team responded to you on the 25th. Our offices are closed over the weekend, so two business days later is the quickest our team could get to your message - we apologise that this was a long delay. This was a written response by our customer service rep as we try not to use automated messages where possible to ensure a more personable experience.

Sorry to hear that your item was delivered cracked - I am unable to see any further correspondence from yourself regarding this? Of course we would be happy to help you with this, but we would need you to contact us with which product has a crack in so we can sort out a replacement.
