I was faced with the task of sorting out post operative care for myself to follow imminent knee surgery. The task seemed overwhelming and confusing. TrustedCare came to the rescue. My contact Matthew combined friendliness and kindness with promptness and efficiency. As promised, soon I didn't have to call care providers -- they were calling me. I was able to fix myself up with accommodation and a great weight is lifted. Matthew said he would call back in a 2 or 3 days to check on progress. Sure enough the call came and I was able to thank him for his sterling work.

My wife Pamela had a serious fall in February with serious injuries. after a period in Gloucester Royal and then to Stroud Hospital, the care there was really good. but then it was decided she need to go into a home for a short period.
Hearing a lot about Moreton Hill Care Home over the years and with the help of Portia the manager, Pam went in on the 29th of March.
When you walk through the door you feel straight away the care and love is there. and all the staff are welcoming where ever you see them.
In the main entrance room on like a small kitchenette area there tea coffee and cakes there for visitors to
help themselves any time.
The room she had was towards the back and looked out onto a grassy area and countryside. With bird feeder just outside the window birds and squirrels came several time a day to entertain her as she was unable to get out of bed.
The quality of food was good and well served up as in any restaurant, but in her case had to be adapted for her to enjoy what little she could eat.
Like any care service even in hospital sometimes there are delays in responding when you consider helping a patient can take much longer to deal with. But in three instances in an emergency with my wife they were there straight away in the same way as a hospital.
When she died the support from all the staff was incredible.
I want to say a big thankyou to all the team there who gave my wife what comfort and peace in her last days. Also for the wonderful support I received at that time. Those mixed memories will never go away.
