My first encounter was with Tony (sales) Excellent. Tony work with me by phone and interactive online design process put together shed that suited my needs. As far as the delivery A++ to Remi were on time, professional, polite, took precaution not to damage lawn and took time to set the level and location right where I wanted it. Thanks Remi.
Excellent customer service. Hey everyone you want be disappointed. Future Tuff shed customers ask for Remi for install.
Thanks again.

We engaged Tuff Shed to build a custom structure for around 25k. We had previously purchased 2 structures and had received good advice and good service.

This time around, we were assigned a young salesperson to help us with this new project. He proceeded to give us poor advice on a variety of issues, offered limited information, failed to go over a number of key issues with us and we struggled to communicate promptly. When there were issues during the final production, we got a lot of pushback from the Tuff Shed team. We were told that, like it or not, we got what we paid for. Ultimately, the finished project wasn't quite finished and when we tried to resolve it, we were generally blown off. We will never do business with this company again. They are obviously a large bureaucracy with many layers. It's hard to say where "the buck stops" but it is clear they didn't care about keeping us as customers. We received no follow up calls. No check ins. Just a notice that they'd automatically charged our credit card for the final installment.

On the upside, the subcontractors who actually built the structure were outstanding. They were friendly, reasonable and were happy to explain every little thing. We've learned that it's better to work with locals from our own neighborhood than with a big, faceless chain like Tuff Shed.

My first encounter was with Jeff (sales) he was very helpful. I was there less than 1/2 hour and had a good idea what would suit my needs. As far as the delivery the 2 men were on time, professional, polite, took precaution not to damage lawn and took time to set the level and location right where I wanted it.

paid for my shed over 3 weeks ago, after one week I was told I would get a phone call that afternoon, to set up delivery, no phone call. send emails, I think I have to go to Home Depot and get my money back.

Morgan did an amazing job with helping us install our shed/office space. She came out to my home and measured our space, which was absolutely perfect! There were some concerns I had after installation and Morgan sent over a team and fixed the issues within 24 hours. She is so honest and trustworthy, caring and patient with incredible detail. I am recommending Morgan to all of my friends and neighbors. Thank-you so much Morgan!!! We appreciate your design capabilities, attention to all of the details and your promise to guarantee the process. What an outstanding representative of Tuff Shed. Thank-you Hillsboro, Oregon office location!!

we paid in full for 10x12 the contractors who put it together only put down 3 of the 4 anchors that hold it to the ground and then they never secured those anchors to the shed and now they refuse to complete the job....They got their money and have no problem screwing the very people who trusted them to do a job in full.....Never pay anyone in full until the job is completed. The contractor also had a bunch of nails sticking out that didn't get all the way into the wood hand he refuse to sink the nail properly...I had to finish their job because they wouldn;t

So I had a client who asked for a quote on building them a yard shed. They mentioned that they were also looking into tuff shed. They informed me what tuff shed quoted them. I didn't think I could compete cost wise as they deal in such bulk. They wound up going with tuff shed but I wasn't surprised. When I was able to see the final product i was really apprised however. The craftsmanship or lack there of, was a bit surprising. I took a few pictures but it appears there's not a place to post them on here. Don't be afraid to point out the obvious stuff to the installers.

PURCHASED FROM A TUFF SHED DEALER in ABQ, NM.
So many exposed nails on inside from a ‘missed the stud scenario’. There is one area where the screw attaching the outside vertical component of the shed to the floor of the shed was not screwed in completely, a 1/4” space existed between the side wall and the floor. Every nail/ screw in the manufacture of the building is not redundant. This represents a compromise in the structural integrity of the Tuff Shed.
These are the company’s policies.
EXCELLENCE POLICY: Taking all necessary steps to create the best products and supply the best services.
INTEGRITY POLICY: Living up to our promises, commitments and responsibilities.

Both of their policies were not fulfilled in construction of my shed!!

I have been working with Alessandra Bricca, she has gone out of her way to take care of all of my questions and needs. We were having trouble with emails being delivered so she just packed everything up and came right to my house and she gave me every available Discount that they were running. She was very professional very polite, very nice and I loved working with her. She made ordering my tuff shed extremely easy.

Had a horrible experience with this company. They built a shed on my property, and I was not impressed. Instead of using a metal platform to place the shed on, they used old bricks. Making the look unprofessional. Please. before using this company please do your homework. Know what your signing because they want the payment up front. Meaning, if you’re not satisfied, they are already paid. Very unprofessional

The installation went well, BUT..a year later there was a leak and the floors I put in were ruined. Called and they sent out Dave. He said no caulking was EVER put around the window and vent. Diana from customer service said not their problem because I never painted the shed to help protect the caulking ,that was NEVER there. Tried to tell her they are two different things. Sorry, can't help. Click.

Today we had our new Tuff Shed built in our yard. Ethan and his crew were on time, very respectful and built our shed within 3 hours. They left our yard very clean after the build. He communicated throughout the build to make sure our desires were met. Our shed looks great.
Thank you, Ethan.

As always, Toby called early to let me know when he would arrive. When he arrived, he was friendly and ready to work. He took his time assessing and demonstrated his knowledge by explaining the issue of my concern before appying a perfect fix.

I definitely recommend this company!! The perfect and professional seller Danny Munzar broke the last doubts in me about how to make a decision. His professional explanation was perfect, but at the same time comprehensible for the client.

This company was Great. Had a scheduling problem and they went above board to help me. Quality is fantastic along with their crew. I will not hesitate from using them again. Thank you crew and management.

A few months ago I had decided to get a Tuff Shed to place my business things in so that I would keep my garage clear. However, I was doing business at the Royal Oak location. That location ended up closing so I had to do business at the Livonia location. Everything started off great I even placed my deposit down to lease the shed. Within a week later I received a call from the sales representative stating that the manufacturer stated to him that they would not be able to deliver the shed because of the bushes and shrubberies in my back yard. I stated to him that was a lie and I had no bushes or shrubberies in my backyard. Then he came with. Then he stated that the finance company is worried about me defaulting on the lease and if I did how would they get the shed back. How can I default on a loan that I have not started paying on yet. Livonia has been known for being racist toward African Americans so I don't know why this company would be any different. Never again and I am so glad I did not do business with them at all. Horrible company.

they are a third-party person who don't care. unless they can make more money off customers. all of their items here PCB FL say NOT available YET they have one here they won't sell to me.

First the bad: Don't pay until everything is done. Hold your contract hostage until you get your terms not the terms they wish to dictate. Now the good: I have two great sheds in my backyard. One for storage and a large one which is my work stop. Work crews were professional and diligent even leaving extra paint in case I needed it. I give them an A. I have to give the salespeople a C+ as they were fast in collecting money but slow in answering concerns. The sheds themselves are a solid B+. Not quite as good as custom but for pre-fab with pre-fab materials - of good quality

When I realized my personal information was being shared with unauthorized parties, I cancelled the contract. They lost a 35,000 dollar contract because they cannot behave like anything but, gossipy, catty, HS girls.

After reading the comments, it appears I dodged a bullet. Yikes. I saw some warning signs, but this would have been bad.
