Muy bueno la verdad muy buen trato al cliente

Ordered two rings. Took ages to arrive and didn't fit but i wanted to exchange one of the two for a different size.
I followed all the instructions..
It has been weeks since i sent the package back, i have sent countless emails to "customer support" and there has been no reply.
It is a scam. 100%. do not use buy from these people.

I exchanged my order a month ago and still haven’t gotten my order. TERRIBLE customer service, they will straight up not respond to your emails and their “live chat” option is just there for design, it doesn’t do anything when you click on it.

Placed an order 14 days ago which I have not received. I have reached out to their non-existant customer support a couple of times for them to confirm my order was indeed on it's way, but with no responses. Money has been withdrawn, but not a word since order confirmation which stated that I'd receive a message when the order would ship. As of now, this company is a scam and cheated me of 300 euro. Stay away

En cuestión de unos pocos meses, uno de sus anillos "bañado" en plata se me empezó a poner rosa por debajo y por los bordes. No lo he usado cada día, ni lo he golpeado más allá de lo que se supone que se golpea o roza cualquier anillo cuando lo llevas en la mano. Me puse en contacto con ellos e insisten en que "está deteriorado debido a golpes", cuando claramente lo que aquí ocurre es que el anillo (que costó 50 eurazos) es de PÉSIMA CALIDAD. ¡Jamás me había ocurrido algo parecido! Tengo un montón de anillos de diferentes marcas, algunos más baratos, y de mejor calidad.

Nada contenta con la marca. NO LOS RECOMIENDO.

Ho comprato diverse volte da questo sito ed é sempre andato tutto bene, poi ho recentemente comprato un anello e mi é arrivato un pacco vuoto. Inoltre il sito risulta incontattabile, non risponde alle mail e non risponde su instagram. Sconsigliatissimo!

Acquisto prodotto in Novembre 2024, prodotto mai arrivato, nessuna risposta a numerose mail all'indirizzo hello-twojeys e rimborso NON avvenuto. Mi rivolgerò alle Autorità di Polizia Postale.

Had a problem with the deliverer, couldn’t reach the post office..
But still manage to get resend my package thanks to the customer service !

Compré la pulsera Bali, una se me cayó porque el cierre venía mal, se me dio un código por valor de 25€ que no usé y nuevamente me compré la pulsera. Tras haberse soltado varias veces e ir a un joyero para que me diga que no sabe porque pasa, nuevamente se soltó y esta vez perdida.
Me puse en contacto con ellos en dos ocasiones y no respondieron, deja mucho que ver la calidad de ese producto.

Decent product, I like it overall, but.
Terrible, terrible customer support, almost non-existant. Had to wait years for an email response and even when I got it it was barely helpful.
The packaging was shameful. They could've at least put some bubble wrap in the box to protect the product's box, especially when you are creating for yourself the image of a prestigious jewlery brand.
Altough I believe the product( a silver necklace) is alright, the lack of customer support and the fact that they couldn't even bother to package it properly will definetely make me not want to purchase from them again.

El personal es de lo más profesional además de amables en el trato al cliente. Concretamente yo he comprado en la calle Tetuán en Sevilla y Pablo y el resto del personal son de lo más agradable. Así da gusto comprar. Además, de la buena calidad de los productos.

I made and paid an order 28 days ago and still have not received it, transportation company just states it as cancelled. I have been trying to contact customer service via email (they do not offer any telephone assistance) since 19th of December and still received no answer. I would definitely NOT TRUST this company ever again.

Hice un pedido de un collar, llegó y todo bien, aunque dado el precio me esperaba una mejor calidad. Solicité un cambio de talla, en recoger el collar no tardaron, sin embargo, me han tenido en espera más de un mes y sigo sin recibir el collar.
Les he enviado 4 correos al que (se supone) que tardan 48 horas en responder y después de un mes recibo respuesta ahora. Entiendo que son fechas complicadas con navidad y tal pero estoy muy descontenta con el servicio recibido. Si haces un pedido y todo sale bien a la primera bien, pero como tengas cualquier inconveniente te ponen muy difícil solucionarlo. No voy a volver a comprar aquí.

When I received my order the shipment box arrived sealed and intact, however, when I opened the Twojeys jewellery box it was completely empty. I have emailed customer support but I am concerned as I have seen reviews criticising their customer support.

Pedido hecho el 22 de noviembre y no llega .en la página pone que no hay existencias de esa talla .pero no responden a los correos de hace dos semanas para ver una soluion

I have an open order that has not yet been shipped but they have removed the money from my bank account. There is very poor if any way to get an answer from customer service. It seems like a scam and all the five star reviews seems fake. Please send the order or refund the money!
