El 4/12 hice un pedido que tenía que llegar según ellos en 24/48h. Estamos a 19/12 y sin noticias del pedido. Atención al cliente no responde a ninguno de mis emails. Pésima empresa. Si no queréis perder vuestro dinero no compréis.
ACTUALIZACIÓN: a 26/12 sigo sin mi pedido y de atención al cliente no responden a ningún mail. Lo dicho NO COMPREIS sino queréis perder vuestro dinero!

One of the best brand experiences. All the standard things you would expect were above average - packaging is nice, quality and design is great etc + you get a lil extra with your purchase (in the BF sale I received a scratch to win card). The customer service was exceptional, Gaurav helped me with my unique issue and and helped with minimal friction, going above and beyond.

No responden a los correos de atención al cliente.
Una devolución lleva más de un mes sin respuesta. Por lo tanto, 80 euros perdidos. Y no me devuelven ni el dinero,
Ni me mandan el producto correcto.
Lamentable es poco.

Realice un pedido la semana antes de black friday, no lo recibi correctamente la orden y 3 semanas después sigo sin recibir respuesta de la solución.

Bought a bracelet in the London store, next day it broke. Got in touch with twojeys via email, they replied, offering me to return it for a replacement or refund. I chose to return for a replacement. The broken bracelet arrived with them almost a month ago (I can see via the tracking ref) and I have not received a replacement or refund. Sent numerous emails over the last couple of weeks to chase this, no response. Absolute scam!!

why you not delivered to Israel?

Bin eigentlich ein glücklicher Kunde der Marke und habe schon mehrmals dort gekauft. Leider wurde mir bei der letzten Bestellung (#270429) komplett falsche Artikel zugesendet. Ich habe mich an den Kundenservice gewandt und bis jetzt keinerlei Antwort erhalten (14 tage später) Ich kann die Rücksendung auch nicht über das online Portal vornehmen, da dort bei falschen Artikeln an die Mail Adresse verwiesen wird... bei der ich keine Antwort kriege. Ich hoffe das sich das Problem bald löst da ich mein Geld gerne wieder hätte....

El día 17/11 realice el pedido 268234 que recibí el 27/11, informando desde la opción del mail recibido que uno de los artículos venía incompleto, sin la cadena. El 3/12 me responden que a qué pedido corresponde, vuelvo a contestar y me dicen que los disculpe, que me envían la cadena faltante y el número de tracking cuando lo envíen. A día 10/12, y después de haber vuelto a escribir el 5/12 y el 9/12 sigo con el pedido incompleto y sin noticias. Es increíble la mala atención o más bien la desatención del servicio al cliente cuando aparece un problema, no hay como contactar. Se trata de un error de Twojeys que tendría que haber resuelto inmediatamente. No me queda más remedio que tomarme el trabajo de iniciar una denuncia en consumo. No recomiendo en absoluto comprar online. Quiero agregar que al haber pagado con Paypal inicié con ello una reclamación hace varios días que tampoco da resultado.

I made an order 2 weeks ago in Black Friday, they confirmed but I have no news about my shipping. Im waiting them to ship my order, already sent a few emails and I they didn't answer me or give me some news about my order. Don't know how can I solve this problem

Ordered 2 items over black Friday which unfortunately didn't fit my partner so I sent a exchange form in and sent my parcel back the next day. My parcel has since been delivered back to them by UPS a week later and have since heard nothing as to my new order being shipped out and tracking on their page still says in transit. Having sent multiple emails and heard nothing I feel I'm going to have to get in contact with my bank to either receive a full refund or urge them to send my parcel out ASAP. First and last time ill be ordering from them.

Cadeau acheter a mon chér catastrophique ! Un bracelet magnifique qui s'est dégradé en même pas 1 jour sachant que mon chéri a éviter tout contacte avec l'eau et ne s'est même pas exposé au soleil, le fini brillant et devenu noir comme si il avait rouillé ! Très déçu a vu du prix et du vendeur qui nous l'a vendu comme un véritable bijoux. Nous n'achetons plus jamais.

Currently still waiting for a response to numerous emails I have sent. Website says responds in 48 hours it has been over a week.
Had to send order back with the courier as I was being charged additional charges on delivery. Very disappointed and now want a full refund but no response.

Los problemas con el envío casi terminan por destruir mi corazón. Se me fue contactado con un asistente (k...) que dejó el problema a medias. Dos semanas y mi pedido no llegaba. Marina salvó mi interés por la marca. Marina es la mejor asistente con la que he contactado. Me cambió de DHL (obra del demonio más traidor) a UPS (servicio 4/5). PRODUCTOS GENIALES. El anillo de mariposa que compré me encantó. El collar de estrellas esmaltados es un poco difícil de combinar. Pero con las piezas correctas, es una obra de arte. Ahora, me pregutaba si es que puedo mojar sus productos? El anillo no me lo quito prácticamente nunca y me lavo las manos muy constantemnte.

Amazing designs on everything, great fit for the hoodies, and unique styles for the jewelry. Overall one of the best brands in the current market for accessories and jewelry. The only small detail is that some rings may bend with frequent wear, but apart from that 10/10! ⭐️⭐️

J’ai contacté le service client Twojeys par mail pour obtenir un remboursement et aucune réponse. Je déplore un service client qui dit répondre à 48h alors que c’est faux.

Fantàstica atenció a la botiga. Anava a comprar per un regal, i en tot moment em van estar ensenyant i aconsellant sobre les peces. A més a més, en portava una comprada que s'havia trencat la tanca i me la van arreglar al moment.
Les dues noies de la botiga i el noi que va sortir també són molt amables i em vaig sentir molt ben atesa.
El regal va ser tot un encert. Totes les peces que vaig comprar, collar i braçalet van agradar molt!
