The car was brilliant, the office staff was kind and helpful. Everything was good. I can recommend this business for everyone.

I exclusively hire my cars from U-Drive Poole because of their fantastic customer service and reliable vehicles. Today has been no different, getting to the pick up point this morning was a challenge. However, Ty made the collection of the vehicle smooth and enjoyable. I couldn't recommend U-Drive more highly.

Terrible company, booked a van 2 weeks in advance to move house and paid for it, they then canceled the booking, phoned them up and got a different van, they told me the girst van was being refunded so to pay for the 2nd van on the day , went to pick it up to find out out they wouldn't hire to me because my job was an entertainer, (other van hire places have laughed at this) there was no mention of this stupid policy on the website or when i rang them, so this put us 6 hours behind on moving house which then put us behind for the whole weekend. Been 2 weeks since the first booking and still waiting for the refund of £244.25 and terrible customer service when you phone them, I can see why this company is cheap, so if you want to hire a van I highly reccomend not using Udrive, use enterpise instead, I reccomend them.

Stellar service from Charlie! friendly and flexible and a delight to deal with. The van itself was in fantastic condition and we zipped through the job as a result. Will be back for sure. Thanks guys.

I have used U Drive Exeter for a number of years, but this year particularly over the last 6 Months I have had 6 Van hires. Every time the service has been 1st class, friendly, efficient, good humoured and good natured. You always recieve good advice and instruction, and every time you are met with smiling and friendly staff.
From my perspective, they will remain my first choice, and I have no hesitation recommending U Drive for every hire.

Really efficient and friendly

I have been using U-Drive for more than 5 years now. Not a single time when they have not being outstanding. Customer service is great, polite, easy and efficient. Rentals are in very good condition, specially their vans. Very, very useful for moving home. Can't wait to use the services again.

Money grabbing.

U Drive charged extortianate costs for minor cosmetic damage. A third party provided the engineers report, I understand this, however they wouldn't accept alternative reports and made it exceptionally difficult to get an other opinions on the level of damage. You are forced to accept their costs.

Individuals in the branch submitted photos which misrepresented the level of damage and made the pictures presented for the damage report worse than they were. They also only submited two photos. So I'm unsure how you can really understand the level of damage from such limited evidence.

The damage costs charged conviently matched the excess amount.

They vebally confirmed that the damage caused wasn't even going to be repaired. They show no interest in providing a mutual outcome, one which covers the appropriate costs whilst also minimising costs to the customer. This is an extension of a money making opportunity and chance to grab more cash from the customer. The credit team were unreasonable and rude in their tone of voice. You've lost a repeat customer.

Disgusting customer service. Booked a Luton payment taken then they emailed to say couldn't do it. Agreed to take a LWB extra large van. Arrived at site and 2 Luton were there? Went inside and rude girl who didn't have an ounce of customer care skills booked into a MWB and said it was a large. Said would refund some of money that was paid for Luton as LWB was cheaper I explained needed the van. Showed her online check that stated the van was WMB and she just walked off. When returned van was told nothing they could do at least we got a van!! Do not use Southampton site

We’ve been renting vans for our business for a while now and we have always been well looked after. Our requests are often last minute which can be tricky, however we haven’t ever felt like we are a pain.

The team at Southampton are always willing to help, put you at ease and efficient.

We’ve dealt with Lauren the most across the past year and she’s always on top form. Thanks Lauren, you’re a real credit to your team! They best get the biscuits in for you for this review…. The least they could do :)

Such an easy process, great prices, friendly staff. Have used them a few times now and would not go anywhere else for my van rentals. Great service from start to finish.
