Hired a van from Southampton U-Drive
Hired a van from Southampton U-Drive, brought it home and locked the keys in the back of the van! Used U-Drives recovery who couldnât get in either and thought my day was over! Called UDrive who said to get it recovered to the yard and they will sort a replacement. By the time I was at the yard I was almost immediately leaving again in a different van. Great service and so convenient
Lauren was extremely helpful and efficient as she dealt with my booking, checking the car, and then making sure I was OK with the car.
I like using U-Drive as it's handy for the train from the airport. My Fiat was great to drive. All together this was, again, a very positive experience.
