Thaks for sharing your experience — and I’m really sorry you were left without a way to get your questions answered. The course being informative is great to hear, but feeling like you can’t ask anything or get a reply afterwards isn’t the experience we want anyone to have.

Thanks for being so open with your feedback. I’m really sorry the assessment setup left you feeling stressed — having to redo an entire unit because of one incorrect answer would feel frustrating for anyone, especially when you’re already experienced with online learning and even run your own CPD course. It’s a lot of extra time and effort for something that could be handled more simply.

Your suggestion about letting learners retry just the questions they got wrong makes complete sense. It’s a much more supportive and efficient way to learn, and it’s exactly the kind of insight that helps us improve the experience for everyone. I’ll make sure this is passed on to the team.
