What do you want from a bus to ferry around your wedding guests on your big day? A fabulous driver. Steve was awesome. Firstly he arrived nice and early, turned around a 52 seater on a sixpence in a tight car park. He was friendly, humorous and nothing was too much trouble. Ten out of ten, thank you Steve and the bus company for having the wisdom to employ him!

Without doubt a 5 out of 5 for UK minibus hire. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We recently planned a hen do around Cheltenham and needed return journeys on 2 days. The quote and booking process was easy, and Sharon accommodated any changes we needed. The mini buses were clean and arrived promptly. The drivers were so polite and helpful, they literally couldn’t have been better! They were prompt for collection on the return journeys too, and allowed us to bring our collection time forward. Overall an excellent customer experience. Highly recommend

The drivers arrived on time and were ready to go. On the way back the driver kindly provided water and let us choose the music for the drive back.

Minibuses turned up in good time. Clean and comfortable. Drivers were friendly and helpful

Good and reliable transport to the airport for 8 blokes and their golf bags. It wasn’t the most luxurious but it was comfortable enough, great friendly driver and very reasonably priced - would use again.

Safe, comfortable and clean, the coach driver was there on time and took the guests to our reception venue quickly. We would definitely use this company again, albeit hopefully in happier circumstances.

This is the first time I have used ukminibushire and found them to be an excellent service.
I received a message from the driver first thing in the morning to confirm his arrival time.
Great driver, very pleasant, he interacted with all the passengers and helped us on and off the bus.
My only criticism is that the seats could have been brushed down to clear them of small bits of debris from previous passengers.
Would I use them again? YES.

The driver was on time and very professional.

The contact and preparations with Sharon went very good. She's very responsive and flexible. The problem was with the bus driver for the return who did not know where to go and got lost. We almost miss the Eurostar back to the Netherlands. Please, make sure that the driver knows where he needs to go before you start the journey!

Booked a minibus to transfer wedding party from the venue to the church and back again.
Venue was very remote with absolutely no mobile signal so needed driver information before I arrived at the venue!
This information did not arrive until 24 hours before the trip!

Driver very nice and good journey BUT took the long way round and we arrived AFTER the bride!!
Return journey much quicker and obviously the route that should have taken before the wedding!

Maybe if the driver had more time to research his journey he would have worked that out for himself?!

Good communication from the outset but lack of understanding about venue and my frustrations re lack of driver information gives them 4/5!

Driver easy to contact on first pickup at John Lennon Airport to Redditch. On time. Friendly and courteous on trip. Return journey same driver. Again on time. Stopped when asked. Had horrible wet driving conditions.

We received an email to cancel our minibus the day/evening before it was due to arrive, we had made the mistake of booking with this company before reading the reviews (trip adviser), we decided to book with another company ( local and excellent reviews) on the pretence that ukminibus would cancel as history showed they probably would,which they did, I thank them for the refund of £250, but would not use them again , could of been a disaster for my wife's 60th birhday trip.
