Worst bus company ever…
Worst bus company ever…
They tell you they only need a 10% deposit to book the bus. They fail to tell you that if you need to cancel, even if it’s weeks/months in advance they charge you a 25% fee of the booking!! Forget about customer service I rang atleast 10 seperate times to take it up with the manager, who never called me back despite me being directed to him on multiple occasions. In what world do they charge you additional fees to the initial deposit and expect people to pay?
Not to mention the first time I used this service the driver was completly incompetent and downright rude.
Don’t waste your time with these scam artists.

What an amazing service we had- Lucy our driver was a gem and we missed her when she left us. Communication from them was fantastic. I would personally HIGHLY recommend them. This was a trip that could not fail and it didn’t! The bus was beautiful and spacious. Great job you guys!

SCAM
This company is a complete scam. After booking and paying in full I was called by the company to say they no longer have a bus available and my only option to keep my spot was book a bigger bus and pay an extra $1500.
Don't be fooled by all the fake 5 star reviews. If you have also been scammed i recommend reporting them to the ACCC
