UKRR have been very a helpful and quick agency to rent through. When I first moved in I needed somewhere ASAP and they helped my find an ideal place and made sure I was moved in on time and even gave me a lift to my new home. Any issues I had they were happy to help and never felt like they didn't want to. Would rent from again

I have used UK Rooms for Rent for a couple of years now to manage my rental property. They are very professional and courteous team to deal with. A special mention to Mike who is particularly helpful and a real asset to the company! Well done Mike and team, I really appreciate all your hard work!

Mike Boardman has prompt reply on my questions making me feel secured and responding even though I am at UK most of the time and keep checking my house.

As a landlord, looking for properties to be well maintained with an honest and conscientious managing agent, I couldn't recommend UKRR more highly. All the staff, including Peter, Mike, Matthew and Alex, are fantastic and will go out of their way to provide a service that is everything a managing agent should aspire to.

We lived in a Salford property during our second year of uni, and the responses to any issues or problems we had were efficient, polite and helpful. Mike especially was persistently helpful and forthcoming with options when we had to sort things out, and made life much easier than it might’ve been had someone else shown less attentive care to catering to our needs.

Alex was also a helpful and friendly member of staff who came to do inspections, and managed to make them feel uninvasive, which was a nice improvement to student halls in first year. He offered advice and assistance wherever possible and explained potential points of confusion regarding the house that made living in our first house not only tolerable but straightforward.

My only concern was the occasional difficulty in dealing with external contractors, though I believe that maybe this is outside of the control of the company anyway. Even then, this was only due to delays in service which were certainly outside of the control of UKRR.

Finally, throughout the coronavirus lockdown they were supportive and allowed us an additional week in the property in order to take our time moving into a new property, which was a tremendously useful aid.

Impossible to contact (even before lockdown) and will skrew you over.
I agreed to a house with UK rooms for rent. this was a big mistake. Dispite paying the holding deposit and asking 3 times (after much effort at trying to get hold of them) they would not send me written proof that i had secured the house. Next lockdown hit and they kindly agreed to allow me to move in once restrictions lifted slightly. However just as restrictions lifted I got a phone call saying that they want it to be students only by the end of august! (basicly meaning that i could not move in!) They seemed very defensive when i explained that they had completely skrewed me over. They eventually agreed to give me back my holding deposit, however this was extreemly difficult due to hiow hard it is to contact them. In regards to contacting them i was eventually told that there is one phone shared by two people and when both of them are away (most of the time) there is no method of contacting UK rooms for rent at all! They apparently also do not check their voicemail or inbox. The main sucsess i had was asking the person who showed me the flat (who works for an external company) to pressure her contact at UK rooms to rent to contact me! Utter shambols!

As a portfolio landlord in Salford, UKRR have been more of a 'business partner' working to my needs rather than a typical property manager. Excellent Lettings (from Matt) and Management team (from Alex and Mike) that regularly fulfil the brief!

Had a great experience throughout my one year stay at a UKRR property, urgent problems were resolved reasonably quickly and communication was pretty good throughout. Our property manager Mike was great at solving any issues quickly and would always seek to answer any questions we had as quickly as possible

Always replied to my emails quickly, and found me a house and signed me up within a few days as I needed it quickly. Excellent service. Would use again.

Absolutely false advertising on a property Amicas House, Ecclestone At, WA10

It's advertised as a 4 bedroom flat to rent. The pictures make it look like a real nice flat, when infact it's just a room, with a communal kitchen. It's very modern and clean, but it's basically just a room.

Very disappointed with this missleading advertisement on Rightmove.

I called in to report being locked out of my room and they were able to find a temporary solution to get me back in until they could have a contractor come around. When I called back again the following day, they had someone come around within the hour and it all took less than 5 minutes to fix the situation. Definitely very efficient! The man I spoke to on the phone was also very nice as was the contractor who came to fix my door.

He responded very quickly and patiently！好评～

CDH Joinery & Construction Ltd carry out maintenance and repairs to properties managed by UKRR. We liaise with Mike on a daily basis who is always friendly and approachable and communicates efficiently with us at all times, which is key in this line of work.

I have been in contact with Matthew Cooke from UK Rooms for rent and he has been excellent with communication, very helpful, friendly. Answers any questions I may have.
