Mathew took us on a viewing and was very honest and knowledgeable which was very valuable. He’s kept in touch to make sure the whole process is as smooth as possible as we are first time student renters. He really is an asset to the company!

I had to deal with Mike at Uk rooms for rent to end a tenancy in an emergency. They couldnt be more helpful and dealt with the situation efficiently and in a respectful manner. Very good service all round.

I have been communicating and dealing with Matt who is such a rare agent. He goes extra mile to sort things out in a timely fashion.

Arrived at UK rooms for rent after travelling over 100 miles to find the room I agreed to stay in has been changed, and I can either take it or leave it. After signing the contract, I have realised that the house has had no internet since the beginning of the other tenants tenancies. They are doing little to resolve the situation and have poor communication, and Matt has tendency to lie to tenants. The windows weren’t evening fitted correctly inside one of the rooms of the tenancy.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - terrible agency.

I have rented with UK rooms for rent for just over a year now and have found that they deliver high standards of properties. The rooms are always neat and nicely decorated. I'm especially pleased with my new ensuite room and have found that the team from UK rooms for rent to be professional. I usually email Mike boardman who I find to be polite, efficient and always offers a solution to any queries put forward in a timely manner.

Up until now, I am very pleased with the help and services from UK Rooms For Rent Limited and especially with the help from Alex K. He and the people are very kind and nothing is too much for them. They respond very fast to e-mails and try to come up with a quick solution when informed about problems.
I highly recommend this letting company.

Mike - Great property manager

Working closely with the whole UK Rooms for Rent team for the first time and have been impressed thus far. Mike has been great in communicating and helping us solve some issues. He's been responsive and has always been transparent with the current situation. As landlords he's prioritised our concerns and acted promptly when required.

Alex was really helpful and considerate in dealing with the issues I was having with the property. He was very patient and kept me informed at all the stages of getting the issues resolved. He was efficient, polite and overall a great property manager.
I was very unhappy due to the issues, however these appeared to be the fault of the landlord, and Alex worked hard to try and liaise between us and resolve them.

Take terribly long with their replies and not clear with their communication either

The team responds to queries quickly and efficiently, they are firm with late payers, helpful and accommodating with good tenants, knowledgeable on the current legislation, pay attention to detail and overall look after our account and our property very well.

I got a new job and needed somewhere to live ASAP - and UKKR got me in somewhere very quickly and professionally. Since then, Mike has been great getting back to me quickly on any problems I’ve had and has helped my moving out process run smoothly! Would recommend
