Couldn’t be simpler.

Router arrived here in Germany super fast plugged in and up and running within 5 minutes!

plug in as in the instructions and it works . turns Spain into UK, its more difficult and time consuming signing into all th tv catch up and streaming apps.

Router delivered within 24 hours of subscribing. The initial problem of no wifi on the router was solved by an email and a remote connection to the router by UK TV help desk Excellent service all round.

This company continues in my estimation to be the best solution if you require a VPN to access services while you are abroad, please note the negative reviews on this Trust Pilot window are rubbish, Its because the customer has not bothered in any way to contact Paul and his team at the office, had they done so they would have sorted it out, although I no longer need the use of a VPN I still stand by my original review 18 months on and that this company is excellent in providing you with a VPN solution which is secure and high quality and does not have any problems, if there are they can log into your router and fix them. most problems are not because of the router but the speed of your internet so please before you start moaning about them talk to them direct and ask them for a solution which they will be only to happy to provide. They can not solve the problem of you having slow internet, apart from you upgrading to fibre or satellite or radio options if you can get them in your area. In the entire year I was with them I was on a 10mb Radio antenna and my sky catchup on the box worked flawlessly, as I live in Catalunya the sky reception is awful but with this solution I was sorted, since however we now have 1gb fibre I have moved over to an IPTV provider and that is the only reason I no longer use UK TV Router, had I not had fibre my subscription would have renewed without hesitation. Communication is an Art form and these guys have it to a tee, they tell you when they will be going on holiday and what service be will be available and they tell you normally in advance of any issues if they know of one or inform you almost immediately one might happen. Don't hesitate it you want a reliable VPN then these are the guys to use, Its cheap, 100% reliable. 365 days I had Zero problems and my UK TV was back in full swing. Thanks Paul.

Keeps losing internet. TV keeps disconnecting and iplayer freezes if it connects at all. Not a good investment
