Best place for carpets
Excellent service and products! We dealt with Ash, who was very helpful and knowledgeable making our decision and purchase hassle free. After a short wait time of under two weeks, we were so pleased with the fitting and the luxurious feel of the new carpet. There was a slight problem with a floor plate, and after telling Elliott, he promptly arranged for the fitters to return and rectify this small issue. Overall, I can thoroughly recommend this company, especially this branch, and both its salespeople and the carpet fitters too!! Our next carpet will be from here again and have already recommended to some friends, who also received their carpet and are very happy too!! 😍 👏

The carpet is lovely but service needs…
The carpet is lovely but service needs improving. I phoned numerous times to get a date finally confirmed and when this had to be changed, it took a week to get a new date confirmed. We were the last job for the fitters on a Friday evening and unfortunately the job shows they’d had enough. It is rough and not what I would’ve expected for the money paid.

Came weeks later than promised, wrong sizes of carpet received and overall poor communication to keep us updated on the delay of our purchase

An outstanding job
We had a laminate floor laid in a very small downstairs toilet. The fitters, Dan and Tayo were wonderful. Both were friendly, respectful and very skilled at their job.
They took great pride in getting the flooring exact and answered any questions I had.
They made no mess and infact hoovered at each stage and even swept up outside where they had sawn some wood.
I would highly recommend them and certainly would be asking for them by name in the future. The floor looks brilliant.

Would have given 5 stars but the first fitter didn't fit the mat correctly. However once aware of the problem they sent another fitter to rectify the situation free of charge.

Ashley and Elliott were very helpful…
Ashley and Elliott were very helpful and accommodating and kept me informed throughout the process. The carpets were fitted beautifully. My only criticism would be that it was not made clear to me that the off-cuts of underlay and carpet, of which there was quite a bit, that the carpet fitter does not routinely take this away and if they do then there would be a extra charge.

Excellent service, when we went to the store we were left to browse and if we needed help just to ask, that we found perfect as it gave us a chance to look and not feel pushed into buying, we ended up buying a carpet and new bed, mattress and headboard, we could pick what bed base, mattress and headboard to suit our needs, we have used united carpets in the past and will use again,

Great company for your flooring needs.
Chose this company for our kitchen flooring. Left to look at samples in our own time with help on hand, if required, in the form of Elliott. Great salesman, went through everything including a full paste fitting to stop flooring moving under my wheelchair!!
Day of fitting great. Two young men moved some items from kitchen and got to work. They were very helpful, courteous, friendly. When finished they explained what they had done and the flooring was excellently carried out. A big thank you.

Good sales experience but poor installation
Good products and professional sales team , ruined unfortunately by a horrendous installation experience, e.g. both tradesmen rude behaviour and the mess lefts behind. I will not contract again for the rest of my properties..
