They are prompt and correct

I was very impressed with quick responses to my questions on the phone and email, sorting me out with the correct replacement lock gearbox.
Ben was especially helpful.

Ordered a gearbox that I needed for a customer urgently so paid for 1 - 2 day delivery at £9.99, gearbox arrived 3 days later. Then it turned out I didn't need the gearbox as the fault was not with the existing gearbox. I applied for a refund that took over two working days to approve. Once approved I could not select the quantity to return on UPVC's refunds page resulting in me not being able to print out my returns label. I also called UPVC STore for help they apparently resolved the issue only to find I could still not get a returns label so ended up paying £8.59 for next day delivery of my return. Won't hold my breath for a swift refund or the £5.99 return not being deducted as I paid for the postage myself. Definitely will not be using UPVC Store again. Funny how they are quick to take your money when placing an order, not the same level of service when you need a refund.

I ordered a letter box which although was delivered very swiftly, unfortunately was damaged. I phoned Ben at UPVC and he requested I email him photos of the damage. After receiving my email he emailed back and said he would replace the item. Twenty four hours later the new letterbox was delivered. I would certainly use this company again in the future.

Ordered a door lock a week ago, no tracking info provided, even though they advise you to track your parcel. Contacted them via chat feature, said they would get back to me. By the end of the day, nothing , so I contact them again. Then the turnaround time becomes 24 hours. Still waiting. I went to the back of the house today and found the lock had been dumped there, and of course it is now bent. Still no answer from the them. I rate this as fly-by-night experience. I don't have any faith in the returns process, so I will bend it back and hope that it works. Don't use this lot if you can help it. They don't care. They called me to supposedly sort out the issue. Major attitude. Everything is my fault. The usual 'best form of defence is attack' meaning they will mess you around. This company not only provides bad service, but they do not respect customers. Everything I say they counter. They say they have business problems, but then want to make it my problem. Fly-by-night. The ask me to track my parcel in the confirmation email, but now tell me that will cost additional money - are you completely out of your mind. Clearly no idea of comprehesion. Your information - you sent me. And then say it is a load of nonsense they sent me ... how can anyone do business with people like this. Tell me my parcel was signed for - no it was not, it was dumped, bent, in the back of my property. They will frustrate you until you give up - their modus operandi. Your response to me setting out the events in my review shows that my summary is correct. No, you were asked to step in, no response. YOU confirmed you have no record of contacting you. YOUR order confirmation email to me states I can track my order. DON'T send emails with info you now refute! YOU wanted to saddle me with all YOUR business admin it failures, I merely stated that I was not interested. YOU got on YOUR high horse and said you would not deal with it because I had no interest in your business problems. If things go wrong, sort it out in a mature businesslike manner. Attacking my person in your response is an immature management failure, as stated above. Trustpilot is for reviews, you don't like honest factual reviews.

Went through the channels outlined on the website for returning an item but I am yet to receive a refund even though they received my tracked return over a month ago. I have made several attempts to contact them but they continue to ignore me. Very poor service.
