Wow!
What great service.
Ordered a new handle for my composite door on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday even with standard delivery.
The online diagrams made it very easy to make sure I got the right part too.

Quick delivery

The lock on my window failed and I thought that I may have to replace the window given its age. UPVC Store had the lock in stock and was delivered in a couple of days

Not a happy customer

Sent my order , when I received it, was the wrong size , so did the return part to send back , told they would get back to me within 24hours , 5 days later still no reply, I know it’s approaching Christmas but surely could have just sent a quick acknowledgement note ,

Good Service

Placed two orders. First one came next day, the second one took a few days to arrive. Had to contact the company about an query I had but that was quickly answered and dealt with satisfactorily.
