I made a request to cancel my order as the picture was deceiving to the item, and unfortunately they did not have colour of shoe I would of liked.
They responded to my request of cancelling my order, and continued to take my money and ship the order anyway.

I contacted them again about this, and they replied informing me they never got the email?!
I do not recommend this company - especially when they lie to their customers!

I ordered a coat and the order was confirmed but didnt receive a dispatch confirmation. I contacted the company after a week and asked to cancel the order and a refund. I reordered through the ebay store and received a confirmation a message to say it was dispatched, only to then receive a refund and no item for this transaction. 3 weeks later I chased for my original refund to be told it had just been processed, this was not the case they held onto my money again for another 10 days until I chased the refund. To receive a rather insincere apollogy. This seems to be a common issue amongst other reviews and I would not reccomend this site.

I purchased the Flip Flops and they arrived damaged during transportation to Australia. I contacted UrbanSurfer UK and there was no hesitation in providing a discount or replacement pair. The customer service was prompt and very helpful. I opted for a replacement pair and they arrived in perfect condition. Amazing customer service. Urban Surfer UK is awesome. 5 stars all the way.

I ordered pair of shoes, paid for delivery. The dates of delivery shoved +\- 30 days. I waited but nothing came up. Now the company says they can’t give me refund or send a new pair of shoes because the period has been more than 30 days. No suggestion and i’m left without my package and money. I kindly suggest not to use this shop. Thanks 🙏🏽

I bought a pair of slippers for my brother in law for Christmas in a size ten. They came up far too small for him (he estimated by two sizes). I asked Urban Surfer to exchange them for me as he really liked the slippers, they just didn't fit. They refused to exchange them as they weren't sent back in the original packaging. I know this is what you are meant to do but unfortunately my brother in law didn't keep it as it got swept up and thrown out with the mountain of wrapping paper on Christmas Day. The person I dealt with was courteous enough (although patronising) but tried to tell me that they needed the original packaging back to use on new items!! They have flatly refused to exchange the slippers so now my brother in law has no Christmas present and I am out of pocket. Avoid this company!!

My experience with Urban Surfer was fantastic. They were very quick at sending the item and it arrived in a excellent condition. I did send an email to them to ask about some tracking, and they gave me a quick response. I will use them again!
