Very disappointed with Utility Gift’s…
Very disappointed with Utility Gift’s return process and customer service.
There was no return form included in my order. I contacted them by email on January 16th and again through their website on January 19th to arrange a return, and I have received no response at all.
Despite following all the instructions on their website, there has been zero communication. They advertise “hassle-free returns”, but my experience has been the exact opposite.
Poor customer support and unacceptable handling of a simple return request. I would not recommend this store.
My order number is 2000044683 .
Please, just send me instructions on how to proceed with the return. That’s all I’m asking! You can find my email address through my order number.

We’re very sorry to read this and sincerely apologise for the frustration caused - this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
Like many companies we don't include return forms in packages to save on unnecessary paper resource but we take all return requests seriously, so we’re investigating this as a priority. Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to locate an order under the name used in this review, and we can’t find any matching correspondence in our system.

However, Chloe has called you and left a voicemail. She has also emailed you via the email address on the order. If you could please call on 0151 494 9412 and ask to speak with Chloe to discuss this as the email address on the order maybe different to that you are using or it may have been entered incorrectly?

What a joy to deal with such a great…
What a joy to deal with such a great company, they really did impress me with how they deal with an order. It is quick, efficient and they communicate well. The only negative is that I ordered plates as a present (found they were cheaper at Utility than other places!) but I undid them to check they were ok and. they did leave 2 prices on, just saying!

paying extra for next day delivery
From Utilitygifts.co.uk i ordered 4 gifts on 3/12/25 i paid extra for next day delivery.My order never arrived yesterday 4/12/25 so i phoned Utility gifts and spoke to Chloe who told me although i'd paid extra for next day delivery as advertised on their website she could'nt promise i'd get it next day.Astonished by our conversation surely this should be looked at by Trading standards authority.

Hello John - please accept apologies. I can see you purchased 3 greetings cards on 3rd December at 11.43am and they were delivered by DPD on 5th. We were waiting for stock to arrive so the dispatched missed the cut off for next day delivery at 12noon. I understand you spoke to Chloe and she did try to explain this.

Was a bit unsure as had never placed an order with utility gift before but they had a Jelly Cat that I needed for a gift and couldn’t get elsewhere so tried it. Great service item arrived quickly.
