The pressure washer itself is great. However, the flimsy hose that comes with it has already started to fray on the outside after only one use in our back garden Also, the fact that you can buy a stronger hose which is expensive is a pain considering these should automatically come with the washer instead of the flimsy one. There's also the turbo nozzle that never came with it which again is costly considering what we paid for on the v7.

5 stars for customer service. One of pressure hoses from V-TUF bursted after few hours of working under pressure. One 30 metre hose for 250 bar pressure costs £150. I was so happy when after 2 days of reporting the issue I received a replacement hose at no extra cost.
Also I need to mention that the hose was just after warranty period, as I started using it about a year after purchase. But there was no problem with this at all and they sent me a new hose straight away. Brilliant service :)

I bought a new v-Tuf v5 power washer. Brand new. I also bought a 10meter extension pipe from v-Tuf to join to the pipe that was supplied in the box. I find that the pipe s won't connect together and there is not a fitting . I now after to get a number of brass fittings to join the to pipes together and s cost of over 20 pound s
. This is bad v-Tuf.i would say I have been shafted over this.

Received a replacement brush head next day after raising issue with 3rd party supplier. Very quick service.

Service has been ok, but the product does not have a long life having only lasted a year and a half
