âïžâïžâïžLeased a van which unfortunately broke down. Vanarama offered no help, no courtesy vehicle, no refund . The van has been off the road for nearly 3 months with no signs of being fixed. They are still taking payments. I now have had to buy a new van to keep my business running. So now paying for 2 vans. Stay away from this company âïžâïžâïž if the vehicle fails, you are on your own

I placed an order for a van late 2025. The service offered by jamie.fitzgerald-beagley was exceptional.
During the initial sales call, Jamie proposed a number of different solutions to meet the needs of my business. Advising on specific lenders and matching my business requirements to a suitable vehicle.
Unfortunately after placing an order, my vehicle was delayed a build date. This is where Vanarama really put the work in. I received an initial call in relation to the delay and if the time frame would cause me any complications (it would have). After my feedback, Jamie put together a new solution and Vanarama negotiated a fantastic package for a new van.
The van has now been delivered and I'm confused by some other reviews. Its brand new, with a 75 reg and minimal delivery mileage (which has been recorded). The van is spotless and perfect for my needs.

It's been a smooth ride and I'm very happy.

We have used Vanarama before and everything seemed to be going smoothly, but I have just had a phone call to say that all of a sudden they can not source the van ordered at the price we ordered it, even though all the paperwork etc was completed for the lease.
