Bei mir die gleiche Erfahrung mit dem Kundendienst! Ich habe eine Bestellung mit Rabatt zum Black friday aufgegeben, aber nie erhalten, weil es Probleme bei der Zustellung gab. Nun ist Vans nicht bereit mir die Ware zum selben Preis noch mal raus zu schicken!🙈 Unfassbar…

Illustratrice, j'ai réalisé un dessin et l'ai adapté pour leur chaussures personnalisée. Cela m'a pris des heures, car l'application pour mettre en forme n'est pas intuitive et très petite. Résultats, 2 tentatives, 2 annulation de commande, sans raison claire. J'ai appelé et écrit... Hormis les formules de politesse, je ne saurais jamais quelle est le problème et j'ai été contrainte de jeter 5h de taf à la poubelle.... Déplorable. Déjà que pour le prix les chaussures ne sont jamais ni hyper confortable, ni hyper durable...

Ordered shoes online for the kpop demon hunters drop. The website kept glitching and they didn’t do the smart thing by setting up a queue or limiting the amount you could buy. I finally got to checkout after the website kept glitching for an hour. Everything was correct in the cart and my shipping and billing address were correct until I checked out and receive the confirmation email reflecting that my billing and shipping information is incorrect and that they’re shipping my shoes to an address in a different state that I lived at 5 years ago. Vans tells me the only thing they can do is request a return to sender and refund me my order. I requested them to call ontrac (the shipping company they were using) and ask them to change the shipping address because ontrac can change it but need shipper approval and Vans refused to call ontrac and make things right by changing the address. I’m done with this company and will never purchase another item from them ever again.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes in the sale. Delivery (Yodel) failed to deliver to the pick up spot. No explanation as to why it failed as it was an open shop in the early afternoon. Parcel was sent back to Vans. After contacting them for a redelivery I was told that isn't an option. I have to get a refund for this transaction (and wait 7-10 days to get my money back) and buy the shoes again. Can't understand why I couldn't have them redelivered. I was offered the same price as the sale shoes if the prices had changed but the shoes weren't available in my size any more. Complete waste of time and money. Never using them again

What a joke this company has become! You offer for sale the k pop kids shoes but before anyone can buy them the scalpers bought them all up and crashed your website!

I had in cart two pairs for my grand kids went to check using PayPal. Got to the end of the sale and its never finished processing the vans symbol and the wheel just kept spinning with never finishing the sale! So you let the scammers/scalpers take over your website just so they can resale the shoes on eBay for $300 I guess money lost on your end! What a sorry company you have become, never again will I support your company sure a lot of others will follow!

I will be post all over social media about this scam! What a joke of a company thanks for nothing!

Vans,com are a bunch of thieves, my order was not delivered and they won’t refund, don’t buy anything from them, have reported them to police for theft bunch of con merchants

Ich bin seit Jahren großer Fan der Schuhe, der Kundenservice ist aber wirklich unmöglich. Ich habe letzte Woche Schuhe bestellt, 3 Tage später gab es nochmal 10% Rabatt auf diese. Ich habe angefragt, ob es möglich sei, mir den Rabatt auf meine gerade erst versendet Bestellung zu gewähren. Da wurde mir nur generisch mitgeteilt, ich könnte diese ja zurücksenden und neu bestellen. Das ist absolut ineffizient und auch nicht kunden- oder umweltfreundlich. Von einem Kauf bei Vans direkt kann ich daher nur abraten.

Ich liebe Vans, aber der Kundenservice in Deutschland ist die reinste Katastrophe.
Ich habe im September 1.500 meiner Punkte in einen 15€ Gutschein umgetauscht und habe nicht gesehen, dass dieser nicht mal eine Woche nach Ausstellung abgelaufen ist.

Dem Kundenservice habe ich das geschrieben, ich hab eine Antwort bekommen, dass Aktionsgutscheine nicht verlängert werden können. Es war KEIN Aktionsgutschein!
Meine Antwort wurde komplett ignoriert, Hilfe habe ich im September dann nicht mehr bekommen.

Gestern ist mir eingefallen, dass die Lösung des Problems hier noch offen steht, ich habe dem Kundenservice noch einmal geschrieben und genau den gleichen Textbaustein bekommen, dass Aktionsgutscheine nicht verlängert werden können.

Es ist wirklich unfassbar nervig, wenn ZWEI MAL nicht verstanden wird, dass es KEIN Aktionsgutschein war und ich einfach keine Hilfe bekomme?!

Bringt mich wirklich dazu, keine Vans mehr zu kaufen, bin ich ehrlich. So einen beschissenen Kundenservice hab ich echt selten erlebt.
Tschüss Vans, war schön die letzten 15 Jahre mit euch, aber verarschen kann ich mich selbst.

Ho comprato un paio di scarpe in un outlet Vans. Scarpe molto belle esteticamente (mod. "Old Skool") ma a parte le taglie molto approssimative (un po troppo) che cambiano da modello a modello, al primo utilizzo su strada (200mt) zoppicavo a causa della scarpa destra a mio parere assemblata male e che provoca dolore in corrispondenza della cucitura. Rimesse in scatola e ritorno ad altri brand con i quali non ho mai avuto problemi del genere.

What has happened to Vans over the last few years... service has completely gone downhill to the extent it now appears too risky to order anything for fear of losing your money.

Like many others are reporting I returned an order which was received by Vans on 8th Nov but no refund as at 26th ... Vans "customer support" say they refunded on the 13th and that it is all completed so is no longer their problem. I do not have any refund and the bank has confirmed that there is no such refund from Vans at all. I will now have to raise a dispute with the bank / card issuer and go through the lengthy process of presenting a case. Annoyingly I have another order half delivered with the other half somewhere in the post with Yodel. What an absolute mess and what a shame it is that such a great and iconic brand is being destroyed by whatever bunch of clowns are running this into the ground.

dopo 15 giorni di utilizzo le scarpe presentano un difetto sul bordo della suola con evidenti segni di colla di lavorazione che non si riesce ad eliminare. dopo varie mail alla azienda ritengono che il difetto non sia imputabile a loro, come se avessi spruzzato accidentalmente della colla su tutta il bordo della suola . non comprerò mai piu una scarpa da questa azienda poco seria

This is my first time buying an athletic shoes and my last from vans.com. I have always worn skateboard and bmx shoes however this is my last pair of vans ever. Bought 10.5 marmalade Crosspath from vans.com and wore them 3 times and the right shoe thin material started tearing where the rubber cap is glued to the material.

Purchased and received at beginning of Sept reported after 3rd wear Nov 3rd, 2025. Customer service drug it out a week only to offer 20% off next purchase. Then deny the claim stating wear and tear. Shoes are brand new no stains with 2 clear areas tearing from the glued seam. Wear and tear shouldn’t be less than 2 months.

The material used is thin and none of my normal waffle sole shoes have ever had this issue. They last well over a year before the soles wear out and come a part. Be warned customer service sucks and vans.com will not stand by their products.

Ik ben enorm fan van hun schoenen maar de levering is echt waardeloos. Ze werken met UPS, die blijkbaar heel veel pakjes kwijtraken.

UPS had mijn pakket in een DB locker afgeleverd maar vervolgens heb ik geen code gekregen. Ik heb met vans, UPS en DB contact opgenomen en elke keer word er beloofd dat ik de code binnen 24 uur krijg. Maar helaas, geen code. Bij mijn laatste contact met vans klantenservice werd er verteld dat het pakket waarschijnlijk kwijt is en en dus helemaal niet in de locker ligt! Anyway, ik krijg mijn geld uiteindelijk wel terug maar wat ongelooflijk veel moeite voor een paar schoenen.

Ik wil de schoenen alsnog hebben maar ben bang dat UPS de volgende bestelling weer verkloot.

This was my third and last purchase from the Vans website. They show an early delivery date before you place your order, but once you’ve paid, they change it to a much later one. This is done deliberately to mislead customers about the real delivery time. Totally dishonest.

Order #09700023 off the Vans website. My husband and I have been wearing vans for more than 20 years. I purchased a pair for him less than 2 months ago as part of his gift for our first marriage anniversary. We received the order on September 13, 2025 and he started wearing them the day after. Only 1.5 months later and his shoe is already falling apart. He doesn’t do anything crazy in these shoes, I don’t understand how they are already falling apart. $86.01 for shoes that last less than two months? Now I’m reading all of the reviews on cheaper materials being used and other people having issues. We love the fit of Vans, but cannot justify spending money like that for shoes that are poorly made now. Will not be purchasing Vans anymore if the quality remains this way.

160€ pour une chaussure qui ne tient pas 1 an. Je ne mettrais plus le prix pour une paire de Vans, car ce n'est pas de la qualité. Tout se décolle avec la pluie, alors que c'est censé être des chaussures gore tex, qui résiste à la neige.
Ma dernière paire a tenu 10 mois...pour ce prix là on attend que ça dure un peu dans le temps.

Achat de chaussures en ligne. Le pourtour de la semelle se décolle très rapidement et un mois après elles sont déjà en mauvais état. Leur service clients considère qu'il s'agit de l'usure liée à l'utilisation... je vais poursuivrez les démarches avec UFC Que Choisir

j'ai offert à mon petit fils deux cartes cadeaux chez Vans ,quant il a voulu faire des achats dans un magasin à Nice elles ont été refusée, il a essaye sur le site, les numéros des cartes ne fonctionnent pas.
Il a envoyé un mail au service réclamation chez Vans, il lui ont dit que la réclamation doit être faite par l acheteur,, ce que j'ai fait sans réponse.
