terrible experience called customer service , they have hiked up prices on qsalts liquids and stopped offers of 4 for £10 .
i explained i was regular customer , did not want too know .
i explained was going to vape store for the same offer , do you want me to go there , they explained nothing they could do about it .
very unhelpfull to a regular customer , so i went to vape store .
not happy at all

This Company Employ a scam Parking Company at their Sutton site. After installing an Inpost locker. They now issue £100 fines to everyone who goes and collects a parcel. When you appeal. The parking company Says InPost isn't VapeHQ and you arent a customer. If you are going to sell space in your carpark to a parcel locker then you need to update your parking ANPR operator, This is an absolute scam. Very Unhappy!

Vape decided to stop working 7 months after purchasing, conveniently their warranty is for 6 months so the Q2 Pro is obviously manufactured to break as soon as the warranty expires. They also tried blaming me using a phone charger to charge my vape despite providing no information on charging nor providing a suitable charger in the box. Have spent a fortune with them over the years but they’ve lost a customer now.

Ordered for next day delivery- 3 days later and I am yet to receive the items. Have contacted the courier and they haven’t recieved the package yet. I go on holiday tomorrow so now a mad rush to get some in time.

Order the MTL mystery box....never again.
Yes it's a mystery box and yes there were plenty of liquids in there (45 in total).
Sadly, 2 were tobacco flavour (not my favourite) but out of the other 43, 40 were the same flavour !!!
Mystery boxes are great for trying new flavours - not much chance here.
Last order sadly....other companies have similar and at least you get a variety....avoid.

I needed an out of date part for my vape. Josh from Customer service was absolutely brilliant. He tracked one down and sent it to me. What a genuine and helpful guy, thank you Josh.

I went to my local Vape Hq in north Hykeham Lincoln and left very satisfied the young lad sorry didn’t get his first name but his surname is the same as mine Coleman was so helpful and such a lovely polite chap. He helped with my problem and will definitely be returning in the future,

I'm really surprised by the negative reviews for Vape HQ. Thank goodness ours here in Grantham is excellent. First started using the store when James was the Manager and now it's Jason. Can't fault the customer service from either of them, such friendly guys who are always helpful and never pushy. The range of vape juice is really good, as are the prices.
