Went in on Saturday as we were in the area, the guy who served us was very knowledgeable and that was so refreshing, I told him that my current juice I can’t taste, he said it could be one of 2 things, and then I told him what I like and sorted my son n me out no problem, will definitely travel

I then contacted them and asked if they post and yes they do! Result excellent

I've been vaping for almost 12 months and purchased my first vape kit online with-out knowing too much what I wanted.
Recently I was in mind for an upgrade and visited the VapeHQ shop in Birstall, Leicestershire. the guy there, Jamie Rushin was absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable and very helpful, he listened to what kind of vape experience I wanted and went through all the options and made a recommendation for a mod & tank kit, which I then purchased and I must say, it's brilliant.
in future, there's only one place I'll be going for vape stuff, and that's VapeHQ - Birstall...

Excellent products available.. I wouldn't shop anywhere else again for vape liquids.. a little more expensive than other shops but you get what you pay for.. delivery has been spot on everytime aswell.

Visited the shop in Mansfield not long back, the guy behind the counter was Brill and very helpful, got the coils I wanted and juice and they are good quality, my partner who came with me wasnt sure on which juice to have so they let her try some on an in store vape which was brilliant, would definitely reccomend

Vape HQ Shepshed. It is because of this shop that I actually managed to give up smoking, having tried everything else. The customer care from the staff is second to none, Jay is the regular member of staff and he is excellent. His product knowledge is very good and he has the time and the patience to guide a technophobe, like me, to exactly the products I need. He is always cheerful and glad to help. Thanks Jay for all your help and advise.

I visit the Shepshed store very frequently and am always so impressed with both Jamie’s customer service and knowledge base. He goes above and beyond to ensure he answers all of my questions (which there are a lot of), and no time spent doing this is too great. I highly recommend both the Shepshed store and Jamie, and doubt you will find many, if anyone that disagrees.

Always a pleasure to be served by Jay, very polite, helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of vaping.

Can I just ask... Are you forcing that poor girl (lucy) to work in your store in Syston or what?? She blatantly doesn't want to be there and she certainly doesn't like people. Had to walk out the shop. Literally just walked out and went to Birstall instead. The guy there (Charles, sorry if that's wrong I'm pretty sure that was his name?), was so much more friendly, and knew his stuff. Would recommend going to Birstall and avoiding the Syston store. 5* for the service at Birstall. 1* for Syston.

I visited the vape hq in Syston twice, the first time there was a lad who sold me what I now know was the wrong vape, he sold me the eqs without explaining you have to use certain liquids and it’s a pod system which is different so it broke, I then went back to buy a different vape and met the lovely Lucy who will suck out any aspiration you have to buy anything, 0/10 for customer service, no help what so ever unless you like useless 1 word answers, miserable as sin, I rushed out the door whilst I still felt some life in myself and went elsewhere to buy my new geek vape mod and accessories spending over £90. If you want to keep customers vape hq you need to do a spot check on ur miserable and useless staff.

**NEWQUAY STORE**
After waiting for over an hour in the pouring rain for the store to open I contacted the Vape HQ customer services to see if I’d got the store opening times wrong. The assistant told me the store should open at 08:30 (it was now 10:07)
The assistant attempted to contact the store staff as they themselves were not happy that the store wasn’t open. Unfortunately they received no communication. I had wanted to purchase a new mod as mine had broken the evening before. Thankfully I was able to buy a new one down at Johnny’s Tobbaconist which is a 5 min walk from Vape HQ. Glad I did as their prices are so much lower and unlike the staff at Vape HQ are so much more friendly and really know their stuff. I find Vape HQ to care more about sales rather than their regulars as both myself and husband have been let down by them on so many occasions. Before buying any product from Vape HQ id check online as the prices are massively lower than instore. You’ve now lost a customer.

Rude people with absolute zero customer service.Being a loyal customer means absolute zilch to them as consumer rights do not exsist to them. I had to call the police on them as they threatened a female with mental health problems twice. Do not buy from them until they sort the basics out ie the customer

I bought a vape from the Birstall, Leicester store in July last year and pretty much flew abroad the next day. I was sold Aspire Zelor which cost £58 (shop across the road sells it for £49) and it started leaking so I emailed them straight away and mentioned I was abroad but would be back soon. Every time I tried to open the top to fill more liquid my hands would get covered in liquid. I was told not to tighten the lid too much otherwise I won't be able to open it but then the liquid leaks out. If I tighten it the liquid spills from the the lid. Long story short after going back to smoking cigs I thought I'd give it another go so I put in another coil and used it again (it had also been cleaned) This time the coil got stuck in the lid. I went back to the shop and the sales assistant just said we can't do anything. He was rude and unhelpful and so I went to the Vape shop across the road and the guy in there said he would show me how to put it together, he could send it off to the manufacturer to see if it is faulty or sell me another one but he'd rather I try to see how I get on first. Something Vape HQ to could take lessons in customer service from!
