I ordered earrings from this company and paid in advance. The earrings did not arrive. The company assures me that were delivered to me but they were not. They sent me 2 different trackings showing they were delivered at different times! I was at home at both times. They then said the earrings were delivered by Hermes, but Hermes told me the tracking number does not correspond with my postcode!
