I can honestly say that the service I received from Veetec Croydon was second to none. From the very prompt first phone call, within 24hours of the incident, and the delivery driver (sorry I have such a bad memory for names) arriving promptly complete with a courtesy car and took my poor little SUV away, to the ladies and gentlemen to whom I spoke on the phone were courteous and helpful in the extreme. I was kept informed every step of the way. My car is as good, if not better, than new. I highly recommend Veetec's services to anyone needing car repairs.

Unable to check notifications
After initially crash, the Veetec test driver was unlucky enough to crash the vehicle during test on day of return, full 3 months later vehicle finally returned, but not fully repaired! No one decided to why check washer fluid was shown empty on Display. Wondering why car took whole 5 Litres of screen wash fluid, then checked underneath, watched 5 Litres empty down the drive way, making vehicle an Unsafe to drive during present spring weather.

Brilliant repair service
Brilliant repair service, super efficient as I received a call only a few hours after the accident to arrange pick up for the next day. They have been very polite.
I wished they could have done another repair for us (which was a total different issue but sadly they were not able to do a quote in time).

if you ring you are always number 1 in the queue, but never answered, offered call back but never called back, why spend money on a phone system, if its never to be used as intended

Poor quality repair and 2 re-repairs
After a long repair, the car came back with the door panels falling off every time I closed the doors and the rear door opening on its own when the car was put in park. On complaining, they collected the car again, repaired it and confirmed it was 100% repaired, and as soon as my wife open the door, the panel came off. To add insult to injury, they gave the excuse that their vacuum cleaner was not strong enough to clean the inside of the car, so they had not attempted it. I do not believe this. I have now had to pay to re-schedule a service because of their incompetence and will probably need to pay again.
I will be advising Direct Line of their poor service and will certainly never choose to use them again.

Veetec Croydon is the best!
My experience with Veetec Croydon was the best I have ever experienced. All the staff I had contact with were very polite and professional. I felt at ease with Veetec, they kept me informed through the entire process. The repair was carried out to factory standards in my opinion. My car came back better than it was before the accident occurred! Thank you so much Veetec and the entire team! Keep up the good work. I have had bad experience with another body shop in the past and Veetec put me at ease.
I would not hesitate to use Veetec Croydon in the future if I require any bodywork carried out.
