Excellent good service

Extremely poor customer service and communication. For over a month, I repeatedly asked how long the repair would take, only to be told 2–3 days before collection that it would take 10 working days, despite other garages advising it was a one-day job.

I rely on this car to transport my disabled father, who is undergoing cancer treatment, to hospital. Had I been given a clear timescale from the beginning, I could have made alternative arrangements.

A complete lack of communication, consideration and customer care. Very disappointing.

My car had a collision damage at the back caused by another vehicle, I raised the issue with my insurance company and they contacted Veetec, an agent from the repairs company contacted me on the same day and booked in the car for assessment and repairs, within a couple of days the vehicle was picked up by one of their drivers, when it got to their garage the car was inspected and I was provided with a full report on what needs to be done, while the vehicle was with them I was constantly updated, the repairs was completed within 8 days and the quality of work was satisfactory and I was given a 5 year warranty in case of any problems, when the vehicle was due to be returned back to me I was given two options either to have it driven back by one of their drivers or placed on a flat bed truck, I requested for the later and it was delivered washed and polished, I am very pleased with the service I received.

Extremely rude and unprofessional experience
Unfortunately, I have been extremely disappointed with my experience with Veetec Motor Group.
My vehicle was originally booked in for repair, but the appointment was cancelled at the last minute because of an issue with courtesy-car availability and rearranged for 15 September.
I had been told that the courtesy vehicle would be an automatic, whereas the vehicle delivered was actually a manual. In fairness, this didn't ultimately cause me a problem, so that isn't the main reason for this review.
My real concern is the behaviour and attitude of the driver who collected my vehicle. He parked the courtesy car on my neighbour's driveway and, when I asked him to move it, refused to do so until he had taken his photographs. He could quite easily have moved the vehicle onto the road first and taken the photographs there.
I found his manner towards me extremely rude, dismissive and disrespectful. At the end of the collection, I asked a perfectly reasonable question about what fuel I needed to put in the courtesy vehicle. His response was: “Petrol's petrol and diesel's diesel.”
I also came away from the interaction with the distinct impression that his dismissive and disrespectful attitude towards me was related to the fact that I am a woman. I obviously cannot know what his motivation was, but that was genuinely how the interaction made me feel.
What made matters considerably worse was subsequently discovering what he had actually entered under “Driver Comments” on the documentation:
“dirty and stinks disgusting ??”
I find that completely inappropriate and unprofessional. If there was a legitimate need to record the condition or cleanliness of my vehicle, that could have been done objectively and professionally. Writing that a customer's vehicle “stinks” and is “disgusting” is neither.
I am a customer whose vehicle was being collected for repair. I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I certainly do not expect insulting remarks about my vehicle to be entered onto company documentation and then sent back to me.
After already having my original repair appointment cancelled at short notice, the driver's behaviour has made an already frustrating experience considerably worse.
I would expect Veetec Motor Group to investigate this individual's conduct and the comment he recorded. Whatever somebody's personal opinion of a customer's vehicle, there is an appropriate and professional way to communicate with customers. In my experience today, that standard was simply not met.

Amazing communication from staff kept me informed at all time via text or a call when needed. Phoned to ask when was best to collect the car then all the updates & phoned to ask when was best to bring my car back really great service & polite staff amazing customer service. Plus my car looks as good as new.

Very good service from Veetec, once repairs were agreed I was updated weekly kept informed.
Car was completed and dropped off at my home on agreed day.
Was little nervous but excited too keeping fingers crossed all is ok.
Very happy customer they have done an excellent job looks like new!
