I checked to ensure they had stock of the item before placing the order. They confirmed they had the unit in stock so I completed the order and paid.
Within hours I had an email saying they had no stock and I would have to wait several months.
I immediately asked them to cancel my order (which they did) however I'm still waiting for a refund.

Product is excellent. DPD were their usual mess though - delivering to a local supermarket without telling me or even leaving a card. I nearly missed the opportunity to collect but Ventilationland forwarded me the QR code.

Very poor. Ordered two pipe silencers for two valves. The system only added one to my order resulting in me having to order again to pay £10 to ship an £8 item. Customer service refuse to help. Avoid.

The bathroom ceiling vent made from cast compressed gypsum is a work of art. I’ll admit that it’s a little strange to be excited about such a component - but it really is a thing of beauty.

Although the website says items are in stock, it was only after I chased for non delivery (a week after stated delivery) that I was told it was on back order. Requested cancellation of order and refund, no news. Chased, no news.

Lovely extractor fan, exactly as described, well packaged, the delivery was relatively quick, and installation was straightforward, seamlessly replacing an older, noisier extractor fan.

This product is bullet proof. It was easy to install and very cost effective. The delivery was a little fraught but when it eventually came it was simple to get going. I couldn’t get the wireless controllers to connect but really I just needed the humidity controller to get this system working.

Poor customer service and returns process. Website appears like the company has a great returns process but reality is somewhat different. Returned a product that's a different size to advertised on site. Returned the product by recorded delivery and heard nothing. 2 weeks later chased it up to be told that product "cannot be returned". Complained as its not as advertised and now being given the round around by "customer services". Taken 4 weeks to "measure" by 1 vent I returned.
Avoid.
