Really great staff and food. Our only complaint was regarding the noise from the props and the winches in the stern. We paid extra thinking that it would not be a problem but have learned our lesson ..
Everything ran on time and the shore excursions were informative.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well organized, fun excursions. Enjoyed the music and talks. Great food. I'll sail again.

We were Very surprised to be charged a gratuity of $160.00 each, which was never mentioned.
According to our documents AAA was suppose to give us each an onboard credit of $75.00 each which we got. YOUR brochure on page 31 states “club level rooms ( we were club level room 415) get $250 onboard credit per guest” which we didn’t get.

Our 10-day Great Lakes cruise with Victory Cruise Line was hands down the best cruise experience we have ever had. From the moment we stepped on board until the day we disembarked, every detail was handled flawlessly, making for an unforgettable vacation.
The ship itself was absolutely pristine. The cleanliness throughout the entire vessel—from the pristine decks to the public lounges—was remarkable and highly impressive. Our cabin was kept immaculate thanks to our cabin attendant, Fathur, who anticipated our every need and kept our room flawless.
What truly sets this cruise apart is the exceptional, friendly service personnel. The crew members quickly felt like family. Our dining experiences were elevated by Tyronne, our fantastic server, and Nancy, our wonderful wine server, both of whom provided top-tier, personalized service every single evening. A special shout-out also goes to Jerrick, our drink attendant, who kept our favorite beverages flowing with a smile. A brilliant touch that we absolutely loved was that the dinner entrees were always on display ahead of time, allowing us to visually see exactly what was available before ordering.
We were never at a loss for things to do. The onboard activities and entertainment were engaging and well-paced, offering the perfect blend of fun and relaxation. When we docked, the availability of shore excursions was outstanding, making it incredibly easy to immerse ourselves in the beautiful port cities along the Great Lakes.
Victory Line exceeded all of our expectations, and we are already dreaming of our next voyage with them. If you are considering a Great Lakes cruise, look no further!

The accommodations are small, but expected on this size ship.
The staff was outstanding. Always smiling, cordial and helpful. Examples are endless, but our cabin attendant, Manuel, was very helpful and attentive to all our needs/requests. Server, REY, was the perfect representation of all the servers and staff.
Included excursions were wonderful.

The staff is tremendous! Amaliah, Preston, Raheul?-waiter, Norma, Rachel-waitress.
Food was so,so good . Excursions were great. Bar service was great.

Great ship, wonderful crew, shore excursions. Thanks to Darel who did a great job as our stateroom attendant. Nicole was an excellent Cruise Director and made sure everyone had a good time. Wendy kept track of all the excursions with a smile! Food was very good.

Our cabin steward wa svery attentive and helpful. My sister was in 202 and her cabin steward went above and beyond to help her when she was sick. I also thought the bartender Shushin? was exceptional. We sat at different tables and all of the waiters were excellent.

The Lakelorian on our cruise was exceptional. She looked up things we had questions about if she didn't already know the answer. She organized her talks well and showed good illustrations.

We absolutely enjoyed our cruise through the Great Lakes. Niagara was spectacular and the other ports of call were fun. We enjoy the small ship atmosphere. The ship is a little old BUT we appreciate the old style characteristics. The crew was absolutely 💯 amazing 👏

I loved the culture of this small ship and how accessible and open all staff were with passengers. I would love to see this cruise line add other locations.
Louie was amazing and very skilled and personable. I will also mention Maria in the dining room. Exceptional service!

Hated being forced to use our phone app to see daily schedule and bookings. Hated not getting a daily event schedule and I heard many people share same feelings. We want our paper back. I don’t want to go to the pursers desk for a print out. Most crew were nice and some very friendly, but I experienced 2 extremely rude waiters at dinner which not only ruined my dining experience but caused me to avoid that dining area. One announced loudly so the whole table heard sarcastically”you’re the boss” when I told him quietly that he had gotten my order wrong twice! Dining areas are very noisy. Not enough emphasis on washing/hygiene..several times there were people in the dining room with loud productive serious coughing with expectorations. Gross.

Staff was GREAT, on top of every thing to make your trip good!! Entertainment was Great. Food was ok, but heard many comments that they would rather have more simple meals.
