The staff were incredible. Which in turn meant the service was also. I can’t say enough about Maria in dining and Enrique our room steward. I’ll be taking another journey with your cruise line within the next two years.

The food in the dining rooms was delicious. Servers were awesome. Our room was well taken care of and the ships cleanliness was exceptional. We enjoy small ship cruising and the ease of participation in all the excursions.

Service was excellent and food quality and choices were great. We enjoyed the ports, the lectures and the entertainment. We intend to take another cruise!

The staff and food were all excellent. We had a great time.
Our only criticism would be the $149 cost for The Nat. Museum of the Great Lakes, which allowed you to claim to "partner" with them. Considering that our tickets would normally cost $18 plus the same for an Uber, we feel your markup to be too high.

We loved our cabin attendant, Agnello. Our dining waitress most of the time was Reichelle, who was lovely. The wait staff were very attentive, as was the dining room manager. Excursions were well organized, and we loved our bus drive. Food was 4 stars.
Our "Club" room was quite small. Approximately 40% of the itinerary was boring ( Escanaba and Sault Ste Marie). Ship was quite rocky when lake winds escalated. As an American cruise line we were very surprised that only 4 crew members were Americans. The captain's announcements were often unintelligible, and I do not have a hearing problem, unlike approx 50% of the majority of senior citizens on the cruise. My understanding is that the Captain is on duty all the time that the ship is under way, however we observed him in the dining room almost every night drinking wine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Great Lakes Cruise on Victory. The thing that stood out the most was the staff and service on every level. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and highly professional.
Sabrina was very organized and kept us all on schedule with a smile. The staff at the grill were wonderful, Norma and Rahal in the dining room always took care of us well, and Sachin the very friendly and capable bartender always made us feel special. Rina in the Purser's office was invaluable giving out information and smiles and Amaliah our very hardworking room attendant quietly kept our room clean and neat. A special shoutout to all the people behind the scenes who kept everything going smoothly.
Lastly, our cruise was enhanced greatly by the band who played every night. James, Michaelyn, Noah and Jett are all incredible and versatile musicians and brought joy to our evenings.

Staff very attentive to passengers. Always pleasant and helpful. Ship is well maintained, clean and bright.

All the staff worked hard to help make everything nice. Some of the places for the excursions could have been better. The smaller ship was nice. It would be nice to walk a lap on top but a person can’t walk around the top of the ship without going up and down steps.

We had excellent service on the cruise. Sid, our cabin steward was exceptional and Sarah who served our cocktails was wonderful. The food was good especially the food cooked on the rocks. Most of the excursions were great but several of them were very disappointing and a little expensive. The water bottles were a great idea but too large to carry on our excursions. Enjoyed the locks however we wish we could go through them in the day. We enjoyed Will’s expertise of the lakes. He is very knowledgeable. Thanks for a fun experience.

Every member of the crew was outstanding. That most of them knew and remembered our names was astonishing and much appreciated.

The onboard speaker was good. Only the tour in Milwaukee had an outstanding guide.

We had a wonderful Great Lakes cruise on Victory Cruise Lines. The staff was absolutely the best - friendly, helpful and always smiling. The food was fantastic, creative and with an awful lot of choices - meals were never boring. The rooms were comfortable and the ship was well appointed. We also loved the house band and their evening shows, which varied across the musical spectrum on a daily basis. The on-shore excursions were really terrific - we really loved the boat trip to the base of Niagara Falls and found the trip out to Michigan State University’s Forestry research lab and maple syrup store particularly interesting. We found the cruise to be far more interesting and delightful than we expected and highly recommend it!

We were very pleased with the itinerary, the food, the staff, the accommodations, and the excursions. We loved all of the ports, especially Mackinac Island, a treasure that must be seen to appreciate. And the steak and lobster night. The lobster was plump and prepared to perfection.

I loved the app. It had everything in it that you needed to know.The food was very good. Our waiter, Rahmat, was terrific and also our cabin steward, Joh, did a wonderful job. The cruise was very organized.

Overall experience was very enjoyable. Staff and crew were helpful and courteous. A special shoutout to Cyd,our cabin steward, in 406!
The excursions were informative,but sometimes a bit jammed for time. And you contracted well informed local guides.
Entertainment was also a big plus.
What fell short was the dinner, usually over or under seasoned. Breakfast and lunch in the Grille was very well presented and varied

We were on Victory 1 from Toronto to Chicago, the end of August. We are seasoned travelers used to coping with unexpected environments and often do have to adapt. No need for that on this cruise.
The entire trip was wonderful, it exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the house band with Sean, Nicole, Jeremy and Neal. Jack kept us well fed in the dining room. Room attendant (Fathima?spelling), worked quietly while we were out of the room. Bar tenders Ray and Theresa always smiling and helpful. The Lakelorain kept us educated on the Lakes. The ship was beautiful, well kept and maintained. Food and drink was plentiful and very good. We had a cabin on the 100 level and were pleased with it.
There was one concern, that was the carpet on the stairs, the stripe pattern made it difficult to determine the last step. It required careful attention to avoid missing a step and a fall.
Overall it will be at the top of our list of most memorable and enjoyable trips.
