The room and its closets were a good size for a cruise. The staff were all super friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. They were proactively helpful as well. Making sure we knew the ship's procedures. They noted our preferences and made sure we had them.

The staff was excellent, treated us like royalty. We enjoyed all the excursions. Organized and well planned. Food service was over the top as well. Desserts were a work of art. We will definitely recommend this adventure to all our friends! Julie and Sabrina are great assets to your cruise family. As well as were many other staff members, so polite and professional. A wonderful experience!

The service and hospitality were great. Our stateroom was comfortable. The food was excellent. The excursions were good and well managed.

The service of the staff all of the staff from the minute you walked on the ship, the bandddd, the food was incredilbe, the captain the Lake Lorianthe included tours the snacks abel to take care of food allergies the bed and pillows amazing the towels just everything it was a great value and the ship docked are perfect spots and the tour guides as well were GREAT!! Loved it so much I am booking my second one. The front service service and the spa as well great.

Rahule, our table waiter, Norma, our drink server both were awesome. All other staff members were nice, pleasant and helpful. Of course,Sabrina was excellent.
My only suggestion is to find a better port than Escanaba. The people in the port were very nice. There was nothing to do or interesting to see. I think it was a resupply stop but that could be done at another port which would be more interesting. Kind of a wasted stop for me
Rest of trip was great.

We did enjoy the excursions that were offered. The time that was set for breakfast and lunch was not good. The grill would have been enjoyed more as a brunch each day with longer hours like 10AM until 2pm and then had the costal dining room keep the same hours that they have now. Our room steward, Arizona was wonderful and hard working.

The food was superior in quality and presentation. The staff was exemplary. Mickey Lyons was a fabulous Lakelorian.
Some excursions had overlap if you did both am and pm. Such as Ford and Pewabic.
Wisconsin cheese excursion rather disappoint but all guides were excellent.

The itinerary was great as were the tours.

The staff and service were outstanding; especially Ari and Max; the food was good and the excursions were interesting. But the ship was too small; which made the rooms and showers too small and uncomfortable.

The itinerary is fantastic. The service is wonderful and the food is great. The ship is beautiful.

Everything about the cruise was enjoyable. The ship was as promised and the crew were all superb. The dining was also first-rate. All-round, the service was very good.

From top to bottom, the staff and crew were enthusiastic, helpful, courteous, friendly and efficient. They made the trip very enjoyable.

I have been on at least 15 cruises, this was the first time I never heard any negative comments from other passengers. I think this was due to the genuine friendliness and efficiency of the crew.

The cruise was great. We would have rather seen Green Bay instead of Espanada. In Detroit it would have been nice to have more time at the Ford museum and Greenfield village. Also was disappointed that we went through Welland canal and Lake Ontario at night. We would have liked to have seen that.

the staff was very personable and helpful. Especially Sachin and Deepak and Julius. While small, the rooms were comfortable and keep very clean. The excusions were both fun and educational. We had a very good time.

We loved everything about our cruise. Food was excellent, excursions were great! Staff were wonderful!! Edward our server was amazing! Jo who took care of our room did a great job!! Loved all of it!!
