Staff were all wonderful.

The ship was beautiful. The cabin was tiny, but had plenty of storage space. The outings were wonderful, and the local guides were great.

I enjoyed the cruise. It was a great choice for me with getting to explore some of all five lakes!
Your Grill experience was special.
It was great not to be “nickel and dimed” as I have on other cruises.
I regret not being able to buy a “Victory sweatshirt”!!!!

The staff and food were great. On the down side:

1 Our UBER driver had trouble finding the hotel entrance. It's not marked very well.
2 We were not taken immediately to our safety briefing right away. The staff member had us wait for more travelers to join us. We waited, waited and waited and when no other passengers joined us and I said that I would find our briefing location myself, then we were taken to Deck 4.
3 The crew member that was supposed to grief us was assisting another passenger to unlock their cabin door. We waited and waited and finally he showed up to brief us.
4 The tours were mostly very good butt the one I paid $99 each for the two of us was OK except for the beer hall and the taste of meat samples. Lacking in sustenance.
5 The rock & Roll Hall of Fame was disappointing because we are two old people. Victory should have offered an optional complimentary tour.

The whole experience was great. The entire crew and staff were friendly and helpful in meeting all your needs. The food prepared by Chef Ross was absolutely delicious with each menu of the day for the entire cruise. A few exceptional staff were Darnel, Sarah, Jerry, Nancy and the entire waiters and waitresses. The shore excursions were fun, educational and great places to visit. Madelyn our tour director was well educated on the excursions and helpful in giving details at her presentations.

My wife, my friends, and myself had a wonderful great lakes cruise on Victory 1. The ports were all interesting and surprisingly clean. The people on board were very attentive and helpful. The talks given about the lake were very interesting. The entertainment was terrific. The food was excellent and the drinks were tasty!

The staff was very personable. The food was outstanding, and we loved the variety.

I was very impressed with the level of service across all departments on this cruise. The food was excellent. As a vegetarian I had multiple options every day and the kitchen was accommodating in my requests for something outside the menu.
The ports we visited were interesting and there was a good variation of excursions to choose from.
I would not hesitate to travel with Victory Cruises again.

The guest room could have been larger. Reconfiguring the closet area might help. Overall the ship was super and the crew was excellent. We have recommended this cruise to all of our friends. Thank you.

However it would have been nice to see more of the lakes cruising on them in the light. Thanks to all of you.

What made my cruise enjoyable were your people who work on the ship . I always saw them with a smile on their faces . They could not have been more helpful , kind or caring. The food was delicious every meal .

The staff was awesome. The room not so much. We could hear the toilet from all over the boat flush day & night. Our club room was so small & not worth the extra money.

Cruise was wonderful! The itinerary was excellent and interesting. I would have liked an additional day in Cleveland, Detroit and Milwaukee. Escanaba was a waste of time. The food was. Very good. The entertainment was ok. Although the performers were excellent and talented, it was basically the same every night.
Staff was terrific. They were not only competent, it they were friendly and helpful. Our room steward, room 341 was extremely helpful. Max, our waiter of choice, was terrific. The lectures were excellent. Milki is a GEM! So knowledgeable!

The food was superb, the waiters were very noteworthy, and the drinks availability was welcome.
We enjoyed the lectures and most of the excursions.
The only negative feature was their Victory app for schedules, etc which frequently failed to connect with their internet.
