This company is one of the best and you should not delay signing up for their assistance. After beginning this service I ran into difficulties and Danielle Greg and all 9 staff members were the best in every call of my experience for assistance. In the end I have to tell you that not only did they resolve an issue with 5 stars but they called me to make sure and asked if there was anything else they could assist with. They have integrity, and are hardworking and amazing and work as though your issue matters.

I had the best experience with Victory Tax. Their quick response to get my taxes done was incredible. I was in a bind to have them done quickly and they went above and beyond to help me out. I was behind on my taxes for years due to an illness. I needed help getting back on track. I called Victory Tax Solutions. I’m so amazed with the excellent customer service and professional they all have. This is my second year with them, I’m back on track. Due to the 2008 recession we were one of many who ended up having to close our business. We lost our home, trucks, everything really. We were left with a sizeable tax debt. The quandary of how to make enough money to pay for all of today's expenses and somehow pay off the old tax debt too was overwhelming. The mounting IRS notices of tax due and the accrewing penalties was causing a lot of stress and worry. Fear began to take hold.

We contacted Victory Tax Solutions and they have really been a Godsend for us. Lyle and his team have been with us every step of the way through the OIC process. They have insured we didn't have to worry so much and that made it possible for us to sleep, to work, and to get back on our feet.

Our OIC has been approved and we have paid off our tax debt which ended up being substantially less that what we owed.

In business it is easy to forget your purpose. I believe that most businesses do, indeed, lose track of their purpose, or worse yet, never mean what they profess. The team, and it is a team effort, at Victory Tax Solutions is tremendous. They do what they say they will do. They put clients first. And, in so doing, they have never lost track of their purpose.

When I can to Victory Tax Solutions, I was in trouble. There was absolutely no reason why they should have taken me on as a client. I listened to one of their ads in which they spoke of helping people, assisting them get back on their feet and they expressed a sincere desire to stand shoulder to shoulder with clients. They helped me in a time when help was difficult to find.

If you seek a firm with integrity and old fashioned character, then this is the firm for you. If on the other hand you seek a firm that will view you with dispassionate interest as just another client, one among many, then maybe these guys are not for you. This team will guide you as if they were guiding a family member with vigilance and wisdom.

I confess my biased, having never met anyone from this team in person, yet they have served me with such great dedication, that I am completely one sided in my opinion.....They are GREAT!

They are the worst of any business I have ever dealt it. They promised that they can stop garnishment, but the IRS has been garnishing my whole Social Security, and the State has put a Lein on our house. Victory Tax Solutions will not return our calls. Last time they said the Vice President will call me and they never did. I would tell everyone to save your money and not deal with this company. This has been going on for over 3 years. Once you pay them they have done nothing.

There was miscommunication on my end and theres they called me right away and is fixing everything thank you

Excellent tax representation! Will do business again!

I gave this people $6000 to help my husband who owed back taxes. Did not hear anything from them after the last payment. 2yrs later and the Irs says we still owe the back taxes and nobody ever tried to negotiate a deal. When I called them at first Joe claimed that I had paid for them to file taxes for my husband for the years he never worked because he is disabled. Now they want me to pay them more money to do what they never did when I first payed them. They claim that at first they had a verbal agreement with the Irs ( never heard of the Irs never sending documentation or at least putting it in writing), to I should not have filed jointly with him because it messes up the deal they made( we never got a call or a pigeon or smoke to notify us of this great deal).

Mr. Meeks, Founder of Victory Tax Solutions. Are you aware of the negative ratings your business is receiving? I am disappointed and dissatisfied and demand a refund of the services I did NOT receive from your business. Where is the 100% Guarantee? Do you really stand behind your 100% guarantee? I requested a refund over 2 months ago, and yet to receive any communications from Victory Tax Solutions! VTS scammed me and apparently many other vulnerable customers. Making false promises and not delivering. Anyone out there wishing to stand together against VTS please post your contact information.

I have nothing but high praise for Victory Tax. Ms. Cathy was very patient with me and answered all my questions in detail. She was was very comforting and reassuring during a very trying time for me.
Mr. Christian was very professional and responded to all my emails.
This is a very good company who helped me tremendously.
