Thank you very much for sharing your concerns. We are glad to comment on them. Vida Art Management sees itself first and foremost as a Personal Assistant Agency. This means that we primarily assist artists with their organizational and bureaucratic work. It is our concern that artists can fully concentrate on making music and do not have to take care of various other organizational things on the side. So we are not a conventional management where the main focus is on booking concerts. Nevertheless, we also offer booking of concerts. There are the following possibilities: If an artist already has upcoming concerts, the artist can of course hand over any organizational work for these concerts to us and we will take care of it. We also send out the artist portfolios to concert organizers every month. The concert organizers then reserve the right to either accept or decline our offers. So we can not guarantee in every case that we can organize concerts for an artist. All this information is mentioned in each contract, which our artists read carefully and sign if they agree.
If you have worked with us in the past, this information should not seem new to you. Therefore, you should also know that our agency is not a scam. We kindly ask you to refrain from making such reputation damaging statements in the future.

We are very sorry if you are disappointed with our management. However, there are a large number of artists who are very satisfied with our work. We understand that you may not need our services and continue to support the artists that do.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to comment on it. As you can see on our website, we are not a traditional management agency but a personal assistant agency. We would like to quote from our website:

"The Agency was founded in 2018 to help artists with daily tasks which they do not have enough time for.
The founders are also musicians who understand that they should dedicate their talent and time to music, and not administrative work. For that reason, we are not a typical management agency, but a personal assistant agency. Depending on the needs of the artist, we have created different types of packages."

Nevertheless, we try to organize concerts for our artists. For this purpose, we send proposals to various concert organizers every month. The concert organizers then reserve the right to accept or decline our offers. All this information is included in each contract. We also clearly state in our contracts that we cannot guarantee that all our artists will get a concert organized by us. So if you have worked with us in the past, this information should not be new to you.

It is important for us to explain that Vida Art Agency, Mila and Heda Art Agency all belong together. Cora Art agency is our rock departement, which we are currently building up. The company behind all these agencies is SwissOnz GMBH with the main office in Forch, Zurich.

If an artist has personal financial problems and is not able to pay the bills, the artist may and should contact us at any time. We have competent employees who take care of any concerns of our artists and are always looking for solutions together with them.

We are sorry if you were not satisfied with the work of our company. We wish you all the best for the future and hope that you will achieve all your goals.

We are sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with Vidaart Management. Unfortunately, we cannot understand from your criticism why you are not satisfied with the services and work of our company. We have many competent employees in our company who take care of all the concerns of our artists at any time. So if there is a problem, our artists can and should contact us at any given moment. This way we can find a solution together and nothing will stand in the way of a successful cooperation.

Dear VEC,

We are very sorry your experience hasn`t been pleasant so far and of course we would like to make up for it and figure out what went wrong. Management has gotten no complaint of such sort, so please contact them if you haven`t already (new e-mail: director@vidaartmanagement.com). We would like to remind you that by the contract you signed you are not allowed to talk to other artists or to reveil any business infos to the public, so please refrain from doing so. We would greatly appreciate it if you contacted us directly, we believe that anything can be resolved by talking to each other.

About the hours by contract: The hours include any work that is being done within the team in your name, not only your personal assistant (team that contacts festivals, social media team, contact with supervisors etc.). And it is up to you to give them any kind of additional tasks (beside the proposals) that you would like to have done.
There is a monthly call with the person in charge of assistants (15min for a basic package). This person will approach you and fix a date, but of course that date usually cannot be within the next couple of days. If something is urgent or you feel it can`t get resolved with your PA you may always contact management.
The UK Union has not answered to our approach to this day. To most of our artists we are a personal assistant service and not a regular management, that is why there is a fee. The UK Union generally suggests not to work with managements that ask for a fee.

Dear Elliot Corner,

Thank you for voicing your concerns, we will gladly address them. Since you have never worked with us I want to assure you that we do indeed deliver with our services. Our new form of artist management / personal assistant seems to cause some confusion. We are first and foremost a personal assistant service and state very openly that we cannot guarantee any concerts. For example in the basic package you get 16 hours of assistant time per month for only 100 Euros. This fee is actually well below average in our business. Some musicians want to outsource all their administrative work and rather use that time to practice and for more enjoyable tasks. This service may not be right for everybody, but we offer it for the ones that do want and need it.

As for the UK Musician`s Union, they have never reached out to us to clarify the situation and to get the full picture. We will gladly contact them and clarify the situation as well.
We are sorry that you perceived our contacting you as a threat and we apologize for that. However we are a start-up and slandering on the internet by people who have never worked with us can be a real problem. Especially since the founders - who are musicians as well - have put all their heart into this project. They saw that it is hard for many musicians to get representation or a personal assistant service at an affordable rate, so they founded Vida Art Management.
We understand that you may not need our services and continue to support the artists that do.
