The appointment was made on 28/01/2026 for 02/02/2026, and invitations were issued immediately to Viewber Members within the standard coverage area. When no availability was confirmed initially, our team took additional steps to try to fulfil the request, including offering increased mileage and continuing to engage with members who later shared alternative dates and times.
These alternative options were passed on to you on the day of the appointment. At that point, you contacted us to request cancellation and a refund.
While availability can vary depending on location and notice period, we do aim to explore all reasonable options and keep clients informed throughout. Your feedback has been noted and will be reviewed internally as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the service.

I usually donât write reviews but my experience has been awful. I needed someone to collect keys, keep hold of them for a week and then hand over to a new tenant. There was no option for keeping keys for a week so I paid extra for a collection of keys and then again a 3 day key holding service. I needed the same Viewber for both. I had 2 cancel on me and a 3rd who said they canât collect keys but will hand keys to a the new tenant. Made no sense at all. I tried calling Viewber but itâs automatic voicemail. Awful service. Received a refund and will go elsewhere

Viewber provides thousands of services for landlords on a monthly basis. We offer a range of key management options, including key safes, temporary key holding (for up to three days), longer-term key holding, and KeyNest. We strongly recommend using a key safe or KeyNest for key management, as we cannot guarantee key holder availability.
Our understanding is that your concerns were fully investigated and the service fee was fully refunded.
Our Operations team processes thousands of appointments each day and may not always be available to take phone calls. However, we do offer a live chat feature via our dashboard and website, as well as dedicated email addresses, which allow you to contact our Operations team directly.

Viewber and Jess were really great
Used Viewber recently in Jan/Feb 2025 to gather information on a new Buy to (Lease) purchase for our company. Due to issues outwith our control, there were some cancellations and delays - none of it Viewber's fault I might add. Viewber were understanding, and the mini-inspection did eventually go ahead. The request was fairly bespoke, and time-critical, so there was a bit of too-ing and fro-ing - they persevered with it, and I wanted to give a specific shout-out to Jess in particular at Viewber's operations team, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive and efficient. We got what we needed. Thanks guys - really great stuff!

Worked with Viewber at the start, they paid okay and the jobs were good then they cut the payment again and again and then took away mileage. They keep sending me keysafe fitting jobs even though I asked numerous times years ago to remove my details as i have not worked with them for years. Very poor data protection and I wouldn't recommend working for them now.
