Terrible aftercare..

Received a bottle of Spice Bomb Fresh as a gift and the spray cap was faulty, I have emailed 6 times to see if I can even purchase a replacement and have been passed about and ignored going on 2.5 months now, terribly disappointed in the service especially as it is an extremely expensive aftershave and I cannot use it due to the faulty spray cap

Literally worst customer service

Literally worst customer service
They don't care about customer experience. I was given as a gift a bottle of perfume with a faulty nozzle, which doesn't spray properly, so I reached out to have a nozzle sent to my address, they advised to go back to the store (which I obviously don't know since it was a gift and probably not even in the same city as I am) and get a refund ( which also isn't possible because of lockdown every shop is closed). They then said they don't have spare parts available since the bottles come assembled. They ignored my emails for over a month and said they couldn't do anything so I have a full bottle of perfume that can't be used because they're so lazy they can't find a spare nozzle to send to my address.

Highly dissatisfied

I was shipped the wrong perfume first off, and then tried to return it along with another return via mail. I recieved the refund for the second return but not the first. I reached out to the company and received a response a month later stating that they already processed the refund for the second order, which I already knew. It took another month for them to get back to me again. Not very helpful responses but more of dead end “there’s nothing we will do”. There was never a “ if you have any questions or other concerns please reach back out” or anything indicating they were willing to see the issue through to the end. I had such an awful experience with them and received another email yesterday from an email that I sent almost two months ago with the same type of response. “Sucks to suck”. I sent back a brand new perfume and lotion in cellophane packaging to get a response that they weren’t willing to refund or give me credit at the least. I felt like the “service” that I received was very very delayed general emails instead of someone who was willing to help. At the end of it I felt like I was screaming at a brick wall.

RIP OFF and they don’t care about their customers

I’ve got three different spice bomb fragrances and two flower bomb fragrances. Each box contains a code. This code then gets added to your profile via Viktor Rolf, my status has now changed to secret few. It says you are special to us and we will reward you with special gifts. Well this isn’t true.....spoke to Viktor Rolf directly and I must say they are useless, referred me to speak with L’Oréal customer service, did this and they advised me this offer is just picked at random. I felt outraged when they said this, not only are they promoting this on the website but it’s nothing but a scam to lure you in to buy more fragrances. I am absolutely fuming to say the least!! Won’t be buying any branded fragrance again!!

Travellers still beware but customer service much improved

I have just read the previous review some time ago now I note BUT the exact same thing just happened to us at Gatwick Airport.
Spice Bomb was confiscated at the airport because of the shape of the bottle and the glass not being clear.
This is still clearly an issue.
However I am delighted to say that the L'Oreal Customer Care Centre who deal with complaints have been nothing but helpful in this case and have agreed to sending a replacement bottle. Much appreciated given that it us a very expensive frangrance
Pleased with the outcome though travellers beware as it is clearly still an issue with airport security.

Spicebomb perfume was taken off us in airport security

The perfume is gorgeous, however, the Spicebomb comes in a shape of a grenade. We was travelling with it (almost a full bottle) and airport security agents took the perfume away from us. We decided to write to the company, as this would mean that we can no longer travel with the product, in addition to the financial loss, and the response was extremely unprofessional and they did not offer any compensation. We will not be buying from them again and I would discourage anybody to do so as you know what you are risking.
