Villa Select レビュー 

This is the first time we have used Villa Select and we were really pleased with the service. Booking the villa was an easy, stress free process, confirmation was received quickly and all communication was dealt with quickly and effectively. We stayed at Villa Beau in Algoz, Portugal and were met by the lovely Bijou. The Villa was exceptionally clean, well furnished and had everything we could possibly need whilst on holiday. The bedding was frequently changed, as were the towels. Any enquiries were dealt with immediately by Bijou, who also offered advice on restaurants and places to visit - all of which were excellent choices. The pool was beautiful, cleaned regularly and not over loaded with strong chemicals, as is so often the case. Bijou made us very welcome, all staff were friendly, the Villa was exceptional and we had a great holiday. I would highly recommend using this company and the Villa.

Great company to deal with. Booked everything last minute and the girls in the office took care off the lot.
Which helped me and my family out a lot as we are a busy modern family. Will definitely use them again thanks again for making our first family holiday with our young girls so special 😊😊

We stayed at Can Peric just outside Pollensa 28/7 - 4/8.
We have stayed in various villas in the area with other companies so it was a bit of a gamble to use this company. It paid off!
A lovely villa, well maintained and looked after. Lovely gardens and pool. Everything we needed was there.

My only gripe was the aircon not coming on until 745pm during the hottest weeks of the year - we really needed it earlier.

A very knowledgeable rep who made sure we didn't miss out on the local festival in Pollensa (the highlight of the stay) and identified new beaches we hadn't been to.

The company in the UK was helpful and very efficient.
We will use Villa Select again - thanks

Villa we stayed at in Menorca was excellent in terms of location and accommodation. Some minor DIY repairs would have helped. Didn't think the local rep was very interested or helpful. Some of the company admin was slower than I would have liked but all the arrangements worked perfectly and I would definitely use them again

I recently stayed at Villa Illias in Kefalonia which I booked through Villa Select.
I have no hesitation to recommend Villa Select.
You get a very personal service. The information provided was really helpful and the Villa itself was superb. Beautiful villa, our rep Debbie was lovely and really helpful. Our villa was cleaned regularly even though we were only there for a week.
I couldn't fault the service we received and I will be using Villa Select again!

We stayed in the Villa Can Vila in pollensa for a week arriving 7th April 2018. Initial first impressions were good and the villa looked beautiful and a lovely welcome pack with bread, water tea coffee and milk etc were waiting for us which was ideal ! However...
It was horrendous to find not clearly signposted and satnav could t find it using the co-ordinates they gave us. It took us and extra hour to find it and that only happened because a rep just happened to be in the area and showed us were to go. We finally got in at 9pm.
After the first nights sleep we woke up and went outside and to my horror my daughter almost stood on a rat! It wasn’t dead but was dying! It stank and terrified myself and my daughter. We contacted the rep and was told to leave it their untill the owners could collect (the next day) so I put a bucket over it and a rock on top. It was very close to the villa door. The outside bathroom for the pool stank of sewage and clearly had a drainage problem. The pool was absolutely freezing too! Too cold for any of us to use. 😪 overall because of the rat and sewage smells and I forgot to mention the pond which is just a big puddle full of stagnant water and a breeding ground for mosquitos I would not go back no compensation offered in regards to the rat and the fact that it had to be left all day and night in the middle of the patio next to the pool when we had children running around was an absolute joke to be honest as rats carry a raft of germs and diseases. Overall not happy with villa select and there ways of dealing with things (reluctantly) I would like to actually hear back from a manager to discuss this and these matters as knowine contacted me regarding this which I assume means these problems weren’t actually noted and fed back to the appropriate people.

Thank you, Team Villa Select, especially Kirsty, who made our holiday so perfect. Loved the villa and all arrangements were done to a T. I will definitely choose another trip with you again and highly recommend your company.

Our 8th trip to Kefalonia with Villa Select. A new property to us this time, Villa Gerasimos between Skala & Poros. Everything perfect, particularly the service given by VS’s representative, Deborah. She knows the island like the back of her hand and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Full marks all round for the excellent service. Highly recommended.

One of the best quality villas I have ever stayed in. Staff helpful and discreet. Apart from a little more sun, could not have asked for more.

The process of booking, Villa Select staff, directions to the villa and help from the local rep, Lorraine was what you would expect from a good company.
The villa overall was better than expected with good quality beds, furnishings, outdoor kitchen/bbq (pizza oven had obviously been used in the past but we had no means to do so as pizza cooking plate was not there. Not a problem for us.) pool area, beautiful gardens and privacy with gorgeous views. The pool is not heated so early in the season is a tad chilly but then we are hardy Northerners. The hot tub is solar heated and lukewarm and I think missing a trick here as would be lovely hot on a rainy day or at night escaping the mosquitoes.
The internet signal is not wonderful but we eventually repositioned the booster and it was better after that.
Our only grouse, which is not the fault of Villa Select but the owner, was the aircon. There was no problem with it only being operational, as we knew, from 6.00pm till 6.00am but it seemed to have a mind of its own which we could not change. It was set at 22 degrees, stated on the thermostat in each room. Too warm for us sleeping but didn’t click on even at 24.5 degrees sometimes! Lorraine was helpful and contacted the owner who “agreed” to turn it down in the offending room by a degree or two. (Remotely). This resulted in a blanket and socks the next night but not too bad after that. Another room also had to be “agreed” to reduce the temperature and was ok for one night and the following night the baby woke 10 times in a sweat! The biggest room was acceptable if a little warm. My son and his wife and baby had a few hot nights and for a couple who worked in Greece in the past so know heat, it was uncomfortable. We would have liked to have been able to alter the temperatures to suit and not to have it at the behest of the owner, remotely, when it still didn’t work properly. We were given a fan which helped a bit.
Apart from that we loved everything about it and if the aircon could be sorted we would definitely return to Villa Es Coste. We loved being within walking distance of Pollensa Old Town.
Could I also request that the cleaning staff on the last day don’t arrive at 9.30am when we are hurrying to leave before 10.00am checkout. It made us feel pushed out and rushed.
We would use Villa Select again and would hope the aircon at night in whatever villa was more visitor friendly.

Can't fault this company. Service excellent and villa superb. Local rep fountain of knowledge and great - will probably only use Villa Select from now on@

Villa Casenovas
We stayed here with our Family, and found the Villa ideal for us, 6 adults and 4 grandchildren. There was plenty space outside for the children to play and the pool was ideal with a shallow area and easy steps for them to get in, although the water was a bit "Fresh"
Bedrooms were fine and plenty storage space, and the Villa had a very large kitchen area with an adequate Fridge Freezer.
Best part was the outdoor spaces with table to take the 10 off us and a lovely area to sit out all under cover, also an outdoor BBQ area, all on the level.There was also plenty place to sit around the pool, with shade if required. The Villa is situated about 10/15 mins from both Pollensa and Alcudia old town, both worth a visit, and both have plenty places to eat in the evening.
The girl who who serviced the Villa was very helpful and kept the place very clean.
Only negative point I would make is that the Villa is stuated on a narrow 2 Km lane so a car is essential as it is difficult to get Taxi`s to come to the Villa.
Also better signage would be helpful, do not arrive late evening !!

Villa Bella Vista lives up to its name looking over the busy Galdana beach. Lovely spacious and well equipped house with more than enough room for a large family. Poolside facilities are particularly good with bathroom and 2nd kitchen on this level. Downside is the the irritating nightly noise of ‘music’ from the next door hotel. This spoilt the otherwise peaceful experience and we will not choose to stay here again.

Villa Select were very responsive throughout and good to deal with.
The villa itself was very spacious and extremely well situated with a wonderful vies of Cala Galdana bay and a delightful and well kept garden.
There were a couple of issues with the villa. The first is that the pool, although bigger than average at 10 metres, has a very shallow, shallow end which is only about 50 cms deep. That makes it fine for paddling but a bit difficult for swimming end to end.
The second problem was a maintenance issue. The villa is equipped with superb quality, large, sunblinds that come out over the lower terrace and give necessary shade. They did work, just once, but the remote control was the only way of operating them and it was broken. The maintenance guy was extremely helpful but, understandably, could not source a new remote control before we left.
Generally though the villa was excellent.

Great company to deal with. Always helpful and courteous. Villas in good locations with everything in working order. Have used several times and will continue to use whenever possible.

Very helpful people. Organised everything for us. A fantastic rep in Kefalonia who came out a long way to see us and was very helpful and friendly. A lovely clean villa. The only reason I dropped a star was that a few months before the holiday I couldn't seem to get anyone in the office to answer my e mails when I wanted to check that everything was ok, I kept getting out of the office replies, but that seemed to sort itself out and then nearer the time I got lots of pre holiday emails and reassurance.
I would definitely use this company again.

Villa Select were fabulous from start to finish! We booked last minute and they were very helpful, accommodating and quick at getting back to us. They not only sorted us a villa but also car hire. We would certainly recommend and will be booking again! We stayed in a lovely villa called Casa Franz, Cala En Porter. Less then 10mins walk to shops and restaurants, 15mins to the beach. Activities at the beach, paddle boarding etc. Lovely place to visit!
