Thank you Khalil from VIP Event Management for providing amazing service and decor for our wedding in chigwell Marquees. We chose a design from the instagram and he made sure to build a package at a competitive price to meet our needs.

I came to VIP Events with a mendhi stage they had not previously used before. Despite having to design the stage from scratch everything was done to perfection. I have had so many of my guests comment on how unique and perfect the stage was and how it is the best mendhi stage they had seen.

Fantastic service and commitment to their customers all round. Super grateful!

Kay is an enthusiast and a perfectionist. He sat with us endlessly mapping out our dream stage, table decor and dance floor. VIP was recommended to us from numerous people. We are so glad to have picked them.

We relied on him solely to prep and deliver for our day, he reassured us that we had nothing to worry about. He is respected within the wedding community and is very well connected so the team worked closely with the rest of our wedding team.

I first saw VIP events when I went to visit my wedding venue. I met with Kay who was extremely attentive and helpful in understanding my vision. Whilst I wasn’t someone who was overly fussed with what I wanted, I had a vision which they were able to bring to life and created something even better than I imagined. Kay constantly kept me updated on the process and would be in frequent contact to show me new ideas or speak to me about my own. Everyone still till this day talks about how beautiful the decor was and honestly it helped to bring so much magic to my wedding day. Envisioned it before me. All I did was say what I wanted, and I GOT MORE than what I wanted and expected. VIP have astonished me with how amazing their set up was for my sisters wedding. They turned the look of the hall the other way around. Hands down, they have been super reachable, super accommodating and so warm and welcoming. They sorted me out for my sisters wedding and (best BELEIVE I was STRESSED because I had a terrible experience (from another decor company) for my own wedding and I just didn't want this to be the case for my sisters). VIP exceeded my vision and expectation. They created the most beautiful venue with their attention to detail, and creativity. I thank you deeply and from the bottom of my heart you guys are the BEST OF THE BEST. I recommend you to the world. You GET what you PAY for, there's no messing around here. We used VIP for both my mendhi and wedding in summer, and given that this was an event of 800+ guests you can imagine how anxious we were about things going smoothly. However, VIP were a dream to work with, they instantly understood my vision and took care of everything in a way that put us at ease. They remained professional throughout and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was how we wanted. They’re easy to talk to and take care of everything which makes a huge difference to the process. Nearly 2 months on I’m still receiving compliments about my wedding events, from the food to the decor and everything else. I would defo recommend their services to all! You won’t regret it.

We booked VIP events for our wedding recently and we can’t recommend them enough! The decor itself is absolutely stunning and the team go above and beyond to make sure everything is covered and going to plan. We had to change the location of our ceremony from outdoors to inside at the last moment due to rain. The team at VIP events facilitated this smoothly and reassured us - and it turned out great!

We got to the venue & the decor looked beautiful. We are still getting compliments from guests. We had the most amazing day at our daughters wedding.
