Excellent service and attention to detail with our wedding decor!

VIP Event Management provided the full venue decorations, staging & walkway for my wedding at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Marlow.
They made the venue look absolutely amazing, so beautiful that every guest complimented on the wedding decor & asked me which company did this!

So pleased with booking with VIP, they are truly exceptional from beginning to end! They make sure that you get your money's worth with professional advice and also have the best quality flowers and decor pieces. We booked for two events and I was so happy with both, we got so many compliments! Very thorough and explanatory as to what will be best for your event and venue. The centrepieces had their own unique beauty to it and tied everything together. Our stages were STUNNING and I was so pleased with the results! A lot of our guests compared the decor to something straight out of a fairytale which is credit to amazing Kay and his team. I can't wait to book for more events and am so glad I booked with VIP!

Everything about VIP was exceptional, from the initial consultation Kay ensured our vision was brought to life. We wanted a specific theme and he went above and beyond to make our day special.

I can’t speak highly enough of the team, from initial booking stage they were attentive, met my requirements in every aspect and did everything possible to ensure the event went smoothly. The customer service alongside the amazing decor was 10/10 and I had many people ask me about where I obtained the decor from. I booked my own wedding decor with VIP and now I’ve also booked my sisters event. I will always use them moving forward due to the the care, customer service and quality of decor and the fact they went the extra mile.

Kay was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. From ensuring we were able to work within my budget to offering many options to the constant communication. The decor on the day was beautiful - exactly as the pictures had shown. We were both very happy with how it looked in real life and in our photos.

VIP Event Management were honestly life savers! They truly treated us like VIP's from the initial consultation all the way through to the day of the our wedding. Kay spent lots of time going through different themes and ideas with us and helped put our vision into reality. He went above and beyond to help us with some last minute changes due to some bad weather. He was easy to contact throughout the process and even helped my wife stay calm when she was getting a little bit stressed with everything!

Communication was impressive - I was frequently asked if I wanted to make any changes, and the consultation was seamless.
VIP’s favpyrite phrase is “don’t worry leave I’ll sort it”. I’m not shy to say I was a complete bridezilla, but thr service is what you call above and beyond.
