I commissioned VIP events for my walima.
After visiting many other decor companies, VIP stood out.
He knew exactly what I was looking for and despite taking a lot of his time, Kay, always made time for me as a client.

He was thorough and has an amazing eye for detail.

He made my hall look totally amazing! I cannot recommend him and VIP events enough. They deserve much more than 5 stars.

Kay did say “leave it to me” - I was a bit sceptical as I like to know exactly what I’m getting, but I am so glad I let Kay do what he did.

Would defo recommend these guys all the time.

Very professional and experienced. The people have been in the industry for a long time so they know what they are doing and have a lot of decor to choose from. I only heard of them with their van driving past me and did my research and booked a consultation. The management showed me a range of styles for decoration for my wedding and ensured that I get the best of what’s available to me and what would go best with my venue. Definitely recommend them to all looking for wedding decor!

Couldn’t have gone with a better decor company. They exceeded our expectations, our guests were impressed with how amazing the decor looked. Everything was perfect and exactly how we wanted it. Even last min changes we required, vip were more than happy to cater to our needs. Will definitely be booking them again

Could not fault VIP Management at all. From the start their clear communication and expert advice really helped us to set up our dream decor for our wedding. I felt they were honest and trustworthy and wasn’t just concerned about making money like most companies are. Their customer service was their top priority. Everything was fair throughout and they tried to help where they could! Even on the day they set up super early so they was not in the way of guests arriving and also at the end when they was packing away their team was also helping my family with packing away their bits and pieces to make the job faster. I would 100% recommend them to family and friends for future events and am glad they were apart of our big day Alhamdullilah! Wish VIP Management all the success in the future In’Sha’Allah 🙏❤️

From beginning to end Khalil and his team were friendly, efficient, and reliable. A trustworthy and honest organisation that clearly values the events they host and the people they work with to host. A great value for money too. They did two stages and table decor for my wedding and both families were elated with the outcome. I would highly recommend to anyone for their wedding or other event.

I had the perfect wedding, I couldn’t be happier!

Everything looked beautiful, every tiny detail was everything I wanted it to be and more. The team were amazing and took time to find out exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The stage, centre pieces, table decor and main hall as a whole looked classy, elegant and like a fairytale wedding.

We’ve used VIP event management for numerous family events from weddings to engagements to private parties. They have never disappointed with their polite & honest service. And their top quality furniture they use for decor. They are the best in terms of value for money and quality of work and will bring your vision to life. Where other event management companies have failed in being honest with finance VIP have always been open and honest with every number. Even during the covid pandemic when their sector were hit hardest they were honest throughout to their customers and trustworthy. They have always organised the events from start to finish taking all the stress off our shoulders and making the event very successful. Brilliant people, brilliant team, brilliant honest service and very trustworthy.

I booked VIP for theirs deco service and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. They went above and beyond ensuring every detail was according to the vision and mood board I had in place - Jay also gave his professional opinion on what would compliment the vision I had so not only did my husband and I love the final look, I received compliments from family and friends of how amazing everything looked together.

I chose VIP for my catering and deco for both my mendi and wedding and it was the best decision i made. They have a beautiful variety of table stands and stages. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. VIP event management followed my instructions down to the tiny little details. Excellent communication and impeccable service. It was such a worry-free experience. I would highly recommend them.
