I completed their online form to open up a Virtual Office and had to pay them £64.78 up front. I supplied them with the relevant ID and my company registration number. Bearing in mind that I have two other virtual offices across the country in the same Limited company name and, had supplied the same ID information to them, I received a reply informing me that the information supplied was unacceptable and therefore would not allow me to set up with them. They would not give me a reason why and therefore, I asked for a full refund of £64.78. All they refunded was £28.88.
This to me seems like a scam!!!!
Would I recommend them; not a chance.

Instances where we are unable to proceed with account setup are rare, but may occur if the information presented to us or information we gather during our checks falls below our acceptability criteria or breaches our terms and conditions.
In cases where an application is not successful, our terms and conditions outline that an admin fee may apply. The refund issued reflects the time and resources already committed to processing and verifying your application.
That said, we never want a customer to walk away feeling dissatisfied. Weâve only been provided with a first name and, as such, are unable to locate your account to confirm specific details but weâd really welcome the chance to speak with you further if youâd like to discuss your experience or feel that any part of the process hasnât been clearly explained.

In my case, Virtual HQ provide more than a company address for receiving post. My "virtual" office has meeting rooms available for booking, which I am able to use on a pay-per-hour basis. So I get the best of all worlds when seeing clients and avoiding the 24/7 cost of an office.
