Score gone Zero at Experian, Transunion, Equifax because of Vodafone!
Unfortunately after dozens of calls, infinity chats, horrible service provided, trying to cancel a service that never has been delivered, fooled with a device and sim card sold as (BROADBAND), then after told that it was a data sim only, the device is not a broadband! Anyways now with a beautiful debit that caused all my score gone at Equifax, Transunion and Experian! Thanks Vodafone for being one of the most horrible providers in the UK. Everybody moved from Vodafone here at home after accompanying our Internet drama with zero support and all excuses that all the services was running ok while we had months of horrible services and an internet that never worked. Also dragged all of my friends from it and we never had problems anymore. Today We moved for a real fiber and never had the problem, and the best is: Cheapest price than Vodafone. If you are reading this now, please be aware that you will be running out of service at some point! Transferring the Sim for a dual Simcard phone you can see who is the best provider. Promised finalising the contract without charging anymore, and the surprise is now a beautiful extra debit for cancelling a contract. The provider is not good and the client pays the bills! Well Think well before entering, otherwise you will pay for what you will never get it.

Was in your store in paisley, was having problems with my mobile phone and wasn't treated very nice with the 2 men in the store one was the manager who didn't help me and ended up telling me off you pop very rude I am a 75 year old lady and this was very upsetting, they both need a lesson in customer services.

I wish I could them 0 star
I wish I could them 0 star. I upgraded my sim contract with abroad call today the agreed £43.00 per month. After 30 minutes I just checked Vodafone App and the price was £72.58 I asked the why and the said additional. what? £29.something Additional? I asked them if you remove £29 I can continue with that but if not just cancel the contract. They agreed to cancel it but still £26 more there. Please don’t trust them at all. Even they didn’t tell me about the additional fee before. Very disappointed.
